That sounds amazing, i love the concept of alchemist but it's just too complicated for anyone i could play games with. This will either be a great alternative, OR maybe even serve as an introduction to build upon and later play the real deal with 👀??
Alchemist has remained one of my favorite board games of all time even with all the new games that I’ve played and tried out. So excited for this simpler version to play with more casual players!
Alchemists IS my favourite boardgame of all time. I'm a little bit concerned, if there is a market for such a thing like a familiy-version of it. But i'm sure you'll deliver a great game nethertheless. Screentime for my kids, yes it's a concern too, but how many idiots you guys know let their children sit in front of screens all day long are serious Boardgamers who will buy this game? See. SETI and this game. I'm exiceted 😁
Using a smartphone in games for kids??? Doesn't seem like a good idea in general and especially if someone wants to keep them in the game... too much screens :(
We decided not to make screens our enemies all the way back with Alchemists. We instead use them to enrich the game in ways that would be hard to achieve otherwise and use it to get the kids attention to a game that develops their deduction skills.
