Hi. Are those strings similar to the Steve Harris signature strings ? Do you think that a Jazz bass or Thunderbird bass can hold them because of the heavy gauge? Thanks
Hey. It´s the same strings. The only differences are the silk at the end of them; RS77 has all 4 red, SH77 has blue/red/blue/red, and the price. The signature tend to be 10-15€ more expensive. Not sure about ThunderB, but if the Jazz bass is a Fender and not a Squier, there should not be any trouble, just set up the truss rod properly.
