4 Eggs
150g Tofu
1/3 Zucchini
1/3 Carrot
1 Green onion
1 ts salt
1. Crack 4 eggs
2. Remove the chalaza
3. Beat the eggs well
4. Add 1ts of salt and mix well
5. Finely chop the green onion
6. Add chopped green onion to the egg
7. Finely chop the Zucchini
8. Add chopped zucchini to the egg
9. Finely chop the carrot
10. Add chopped carrot to the egg
11. Grease the inner pot
12. Place mixed vegetable egg in the inner pot
13. Mash the tofu with hands
14. Add mashed tofu in the inner pot
15. Mix well
16. Place the inner pot in the CUCKOO
17. Close the lid and turn the lever to lock (high pressure)
18. Select the HIGH P STEAM function
19. Set the time to 25 min
20. Press the HIGH P COOK button
21. After 25 min
