A couple tips..you can pull the old orings off with needlenose pliars they just stretch and snap. The brass washer on bottom of injectorif floose can be held in place with grease when putting injector back in. Never ever touch the lines or twist after its all back together..dont even look at em wrong or they will leak.
Wow!!!! Don't bend the high pressure line!!!!!! , remove the bracket from the lines and it's makes the job a lot easier, remember that the hight pressure lines push about 2000psi, if you bent the lines you distort them therefore eventually they will break and with high heat it can cause fire 🔥.
First off you definitely for got the plastic slip on that, and your friend definitely reminded you. Also don't recommend people to bend the high pressure line.
Those hoses in between have to be cut to exactly 4 inches, which yours is obviously not, or they will push or pull the cap off center and leak around the o-ring.
Still waiting to see this injector rebuild video

Gunna want to torque that injector because that washer is a crush washer it requires a certain amount ft lbs to seal correctly

Soooo, why not pull the injector apart while you have it out? The channels and orifices get plugged up with diesel residue.
Thank you, your video was very helpful.
This is not an injector rebuild.
