- It was time to explore more of Jaipur India so me and my friend Rahul went and walked around the center of Jaipur. We went on a hunt to find a shoe cleaner as my white shoes had gotten very dirty. It started out by asking locals where to find shoe cleaners and on the way we stopped at a local's stand in order to buy some sugar cane juice. After that, we had located a shoe cleaner and saw him work his magic. He did an amazing job so I compensated him accordingly.

Petition to change rahul with some good tourist guide. My man can't even communicate with locals properly. He paid 50 rupees for a 20 rupee sugarcane juice and there are many more incidents.He's always lost and confused. Hope he gets better with time.

Thanks for another great video Mac. It was very interesting watching the Sugar Cane juice being pressed. They sure don't worry about OSHA rules, with the press having no guards for safety. It was great to see joy on the face of the Shoe Cleaner with your generous tip. I think the those metal tongs are used when repairing and replacing shoe soles. Hopefully he makes more money doing other tasks, with his little business. I noticed from you videos that some of the Indian people are very humble. Tell your friend Raul thanks, for his great editing skills.

The city is so busy with lots of honking 😀.... i was so impressed by how the sugarcane juice was made WOW... never seen that before... am sure it taste good... but Mac for the past few videos when you slam these juices that part is always cut off... so we don't get to see how you slam drinking those juices & I love to watch it.. so if you can check this out....... the last part of cleaning your shoe was really full of kindness from you... which is not new... giving that old man 1k is awesome from you ... much love & respect... ❤

Rahul seems a nice guy , only problem is he is also very inexperienced and he doesn't have much knowledge and he couldn't help mac much in making his experience better, but i think he is learning and getting better with each vlog

You have to come to Lucknow. Visit Gomtinagar and hazaratganj here. It's very good combination of culture and development. And here it's not crowded too. In lucknow you can see some of the best malls to some of the best historical architecture.

I remember when I visited New Delhi in Dec 1990 [from the UK] and stayed with my Indian diplomat cousin who had been posted there along with his youngest brother and mother who he had brought over from Bengal to see Delhi with me. About 5 of us crowded into a cycle rickshaw- not my idea but I followed my cousin's guidance- and the skinny old man struggled very hard to pull us - though thankfully it was not far. He did not ask for much and I was about to give him much more than he had asked to allow him to rest and recuperate - as I felt embarrassed having been brought up in England - for but my annoying diplomat cousin refused to let me give him a large tip saying that I was just trying to show off! He said that the guy was only doing his job and pulling so many people was normal.
I still feel angry and upset toward my cousin [whose life was spent lazing around drinking at foreign embassies around the world] to this day about that incident.
