Are you referring to outbound calls from your 6308a? If so, it could be a setting on your pbx or extension settings. Normally the DTMF mode is RFC2833. Check you pbx for this setting. Also, make sure the codec is set to match your SIP trunk. For example, if the SIP Trunk Provider uses G711. make sure your trunk is set to G711. Try those

@superioreagle no sir I'm not referring it for outbound calls. I have upload voice prompt and set ivr and key press event and set ivr on inbound routes. when I call from mobile no to landlines number enable on ucm analog trunk, the call didn't direct to destination extension while pressing key

@@lim1-fz2uc Try calling the IVR directly from a phone on the local network. Call the IVR number and see if you can select the option 1 for example and have it go to a voicemail. Make sure the voicemail is working. If you can select the options by directly calling the IVR, the issue is with the trunk. Check the trunk settings for DTMF. If you are trying to dial an extension number directly and not an option such as 1 or 2. Then you would need to allow for extensions to be dialed.

@@lim1-fz2uc check the fxo setting on the UCM Interface. Make sure you set the correct fxo mode. It could be an issue with the pots line. Are you using a POTs line? Describe the analog line you are are trying to use.

Thank you for your great videos. I have a question if you could help please. I have setup the calls to come to an "inbound route" where it rings simultaneously in 3 extensions. Now, I want to setup a voicemail so that if none of those 3 extensions answers the call, it will be redirected to a voicemail. could you please let me know if that's possible and how I can achieve it?
    Thank you

Yes that is possible. Best way to do this is to have the 3 phones in a ring group. Then in the ring group settings check the box that says "Enable Destination". Then the next option below that you will choose where you want the caller to go if the the call to the Ring Group goes unanswered. That setting is called "Default Destination"
