I like your campaign reviews a lot, very few people take a look and reviews the overall campaign story. Its great to get an idea of what the campaign is about
Good to see a longer review of this deluxe box 🙂. Really like the way you do these. I do hope that this cycle helpes you get over your fear of spiders.
For the point you mentioned about the other way of passing the 1st scenario You would need: - 5 whole turns in a row without drawing an Enemy to place the required Clues - Then, Test 5 times to get the Clues out of that Location, without failing that's almost another 2 turns. So 7 in total. - You need to arrive there with a 7 Doom available on the Agenda, so in the 12 out of 19 and have an SPECTACULAR look at everything. I don't see how it's possible... Did you do the Circle Undone review? It is not on your channel
I really hope they follow this format for the marvel champions campaigns. 4 is more manageable and allows you to see more decks like you said. Oh and you didn’t mention how you’d rank it among the other campaigns! Let us know!
Now that this campaign is finished, how do you rank all 5 available campaigns so far? I have core x2 + Dunwich, trying to get 2 packs I'm missing for Carcosa (difficult), and looking for another campaign while Carcosa packs get reprinted. I'm waffling between... -TCU (too much admin/tracking? But great theme and narrative)... -DE (too much between game upkeep?...but maybe easier than TCU and TFA so maybe I should go for it)... -and TFA (too punishing and annoying? But nice fresh theme and good replayable story?)... Thanks for any advice!
@@TheBrokenMeeple Thanks for the reply. Yeah, thats the view I'm finding nearly unanimous among players...I'm excited to try it if they ever reprint the packs I'm missing! ...How do you rank the others after Carcosa though? If I'm looking to get DE, TCU, or TFA for instance, what do you recommend more highly? (By the way, I'm also afraid of spiders, and have lived in Thailand for 3 years where we have some nasty size ones :-0 ... Not afraid of them enough to turn me off from DE though ;-)

What about the Innsmouth Conspiracy and Edge of the Earth campaigns?
I only did one for Edge of the Earth here.

Ha ha nothing will help me conquer my fear! 😜
I didn't see the spider bit coming. Hilarious :)

I haven't reviewed every box - I don't think Circle was a review copy.
@@TheBrokenMeeple hopefully you will do that in the future. Cheers!

Well we haven't had all the campaign yet! Not basing it on two adventures! 😜
Innsmouth is coming ;)

So far, Carcosa is easily the best of the range.

Loving these reviews! Did you make a circle undone video? Keep them coming!
No but I think I mentioned it and the most recent one in podcast episodes. The recent expansion I did very recentl.
@@TheBrokenMeeple Thanks! I'll find the episode. :)
Until Luke conquers his fear of spiders, he is only allowed to play the female investigators.
Lol we all fear something! 😄
can I play this straight after the core set?
It will be a challenge difficulty wise without some of the card pool but on easy mode you should manage.
