Great low budget build. I'm kitting out a minivan (an old Tarago) and someone just gifted me that exact fold out table which will be totally useful.

I can't find the original Amazon link for it but this one has extremely similar specs. Certainly, a good little one to have on hand will probably need a bigger one to power something like a fridge though

You are not living the van life your on holiday and expect the same as a van dwelling youll fail
and so what if I fail? At least I can say I had a truly amazing experience that not everyone else gets the pleasure of. Most people don't do van life forever and that's ok, some people have different expectations and desires, mine is different from yours and thats ok :)
