I lived in Aberystwyth for my university period many, many years ago.
Good memories and extremely bad ones.
It was my personal escape from addiction and unemployment after changing my life around and getting clean.
I travelled 11 hours and arrived there with absolutely nothing but some bed sheets and a pillow.
My accommodation on the seafront was empty and cold, the damp walls from the moisture of the sea air would sometimes wet my entire hand when I ran it down the wall.
This music reminds me of the lonely insomniac nights of walking the seafront, gazing at the waves, sometimes thinking was it all worth it and should I just let go and dive in?
    I'm glad I didn't.
I met my wife at that place. She also was on the seafront at 2am on the night I met her.
    Life gets better, I promise.
Keep going and you'll reach the end of the storm.
Just dont get lost in it.
And, if you do, I hope someone is there to help you find the light.

I lived in Aberystwyth for a bit. I’m surprised to see you devote a spot to it. Really cool and interesting channel.

What made you choose this location? Because I know Aberystwyth fairly well and it's quite a niche location.

Year is determined by the year of the painting ... the rest is up to your imagination / research
Over 100 years since the civil war destroyed the castle (see the painting), there were lots of improvements and changes to the port in the 1790s. An enormous villa was just completed on the waterfront (later to become a part of the university). A lot of money circling around this port town... what else comes along where there's a lot of wealth?
