After All by Cher and Peter Cetera should be in this list. While Bocelli and Dion’s version of The Prayer is untouchable, I’ve seen and heard a few good renditions even by amateurs on singing competitions. On the other hand I’ve never heard a decent take on After All. It’s as if the song was tailor-made for Cher and Cetera’s very distinct voices which makes it a duet that’s very hard to sing.
Rest In Piece Whitney Houston. 😢💐 I will always listen to "When You Believe" from my all-time favorite childhood movie 'The Prince Of Egypt' and beautiful duet with Mariah Carey.
@@janejones7638 I agree with you on that and to this day I still love “When You Believe” the same way I did in 1998 when “The Prince Of Egypt” was released.
Great list. The Prayer live performance by Céline Dion and Andrea Bocelli at the Oscar still haunting me to this day. Whitney and Mariah also performed When You Believe on the same occasion and later won for best original song specifically written for a movie 🎬 🎞 🎥 🎦 📽
45: OH! I love Shallow. From the moment that Lady Gaga is in her first movie, I fell in love with this song since it’s release. The movie might be 6 years old but I will always love it
Ah I thought you were going to go with Tell Him, Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion. I always love when I hear two women, which is why i love doing it with a guy (or a girl). I have to take Barbra's part though, I just can't hit Celine's notes. Great song though, and we it's me and a guy friend i bump into now and then, it really is a fun one.
How did the song Tell Him by Barbara and Celine dint even make it to honorable mention... And 'I knew him so well' * forgotten the original singer but I think Elaine Page version is the hardest* ... It's was extremely challenging to sing in karaoke....
OMG, this list and video are amazing. There are duets on here that I didn't know existed and others that I didn't realize how much I missed hearing them. I'm doing to list to each one of them individually now. Also, I didn't know I was pronouncing Celine Dion's name wrong all these years. Thank you 💚💛💙
Somehow, I knew Enough Is Enough would not be considered. One of the most challenging and divaesque duets between two absolute powerhouse singers, Barbra and Donna at their vocal peak. Or Barbra and Judy Garland Hooray For Love medley..done live! Or Luther Vandross and Cheryl Lynn's If This World Were Mine. A smouldering masterpiece. *Sigh*
Amazing list but also Tell Him by Barbra Streisand & Celine Dion, When you tell me that you love me by Westlife & Diana Ross, Hymn for the weekend by Chris Martin & Beyonce, the version of i say a little prayer by Whitney Houston & Natalie Cole, Scream by Michael & Janet Jackson, i finally found someone by Babra Streisand & Bryan Adams, Underneath the tree by Kelly Clarkson & Ariana Grande, Kids by Robbie Williams & Kylie Minogue..
49: (Gasps) The Prayer. Touched my heart since I was a kid. FYI, it’s from the animated movie Quest of Camelot. It won an award for best song. I know it’s not a duet in the movie but it was sung by Celine Dion
I also adore the MisCast version of Take Me Or Leave Me by Aaron Tveit and Gavin Creel. Great twist on the song. Also, I will listen to Bocelli sing anything, the man's voice is a gift!
Dear God, "If You Don't Wanna Love Me" by Cowboy Troy and Sarah Buxton. A tough one both technically and emotionally. Kudos to the two of them for pulling that one off.
😭Quest for Camelot an underrated gem with such a great soundtrack I still remember to this day. The nostalgia of my childhood and one of the earlier spunky female protagonists who saved the day and brought her ppl change and a brighter future. And a great movie where the handsome guy who was in just as much distress as his female lead and who would be saved by her. Love how in the end it was their teamwork that took down the baddie❤
#5 Take Me or Leave Me was my pick for my high school theater class project 😁 I did Idina Mendel’s part & let the soundtrack do the other voice. I got an A on it😁 had to act it out too!
I've tried to sing "All I Ask of You", "Don't Go Breaking my Heart" and "Under Pressure" at karaoke in the past, with "tried" being the operative word. Maybe I should leave it to the professionals!
-How come you mention Me by Taylor, but not Streisand with Céline or Donna Summers??? -Time to say good bye Andrea with Sarah??? -The boy is mine Brandy and Mónica??? The best duet ever Is Mariah and Whitney ❤❤❤
The Boy is Mine is NOT a difficult song to sing. I just listened to it the other day. What makes the song good is the uniqueness of their voices (and it finally stopped the Brandy vs. Monica crap from back in the day). Impossible sung by Brandy and Whitney would be a better choice. They both belt it out in that song. I usually hate remakes but that was a great remake in comparison to the og Rogers and Hammerstein Cinderella film.
So i was watching this on my tv and had to find it on my phone to comment. What about Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand. How could you forget about that beautiful song. Celine and Pebo also come on missmojo redo. You have some good pics but hello...😊
So we’re just gonna ignore the powerhouse vocals required to even attempt “No More Tears (Enough is Enough)” by Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer? Ok then. Choices.
I enjoyed all of your choices although I would have chosen differently but then I am not sure anyone can agree on this level! There are too many favorites that were left out and too many to consider without filtering or breaking the list into further categories! Still I always enjoy your lists ❤️❤️❤️
Another awesome duet from back in the day was, "Enough is Enough" by Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer. It starts off slow and builds up to a disco tempo. Plus, it's a song about empowerment - they're telling the men in their lives that they're not putting up with the bullcrap anymore! Go listen to it when you get a chance, you won't be disappointed!
Number 1 pick is the signature song of Marcelito Pomoy and that man is able to sing the song by only himself and his female voice sounds very similar to Celine Dion, and he’s a huge fan of Celine Dion.
understatement for sure all but the heart won't lie reba and vince gill the day I fell in love dolly parton and james ingram love theme beethoven 2 the movie because of you reba and clarkson also duets but don't know if they're hard to sing but tay swift and brendan urie for ME! insanely ear worm catchiness and fun
I swear this is the first time I have ever heard Celine Dion's name pronounced in French in an English sentence. lol. Great pick for number 1. I am a bad singer, so I have sung like half of these at karaoke. I think good singers always have to worry about sounding good, but I can sound bad and have fun. lol
It was probably after i listend to "pumped up kicks" 4 or 5 times that I truly realized what it was actually about.. Ever since then I can't even listen to it anymore..
I wish the fantastic film the prayer was from quest for Camelot got more acknowledgment. It was such a great movie and had some other good songs as well as the prayer.
Great list but we couldn't get an honorable mention for The Boy Is Mine or Same Script, Different Cast? Both songs have powerhouse vocals and are insane to try and perform
First Love Never Dies Can’t We Try The Last Time I Felt Like This Friends and Lovers Separate Lives Broken Strings I Will Take You Forever The Door To Your Heart Romance Whenever There Is Love Should all be in this list!
that goes for many of the songs on the list. Mostly because of the high notes. And Empire State of Mind isn't that hard to sing or rap. That was not a good choice.

Barbara Streisand & Celine Dion duet song “Tell Him”
Oh that’s not Karaoke
Take That Lulu Best Duet
Every Celine Dion duet is a challenge vocally 😊
I feel for her family and Bobby Brown (even though they got divorced, he lost a woman he loved and their daughter). She was way too young to die.
@@janejones7638 I agree with you on that and to this day I still love “When You Believe” the same way I did in 1998 when “The Prince Of Egypt” was released.
R.I.P. Freddy Mercury and David Bowie. Both were absolute legends, and their incredible duet "Under Pressure" will never be beaten.
When did they die?
@Placidusax McKormik Freddie Mercury dies in 1991 and David Bowie dies in 2016. Both gone far too soon.
And don't forget George Michael....rip
Barbara Streisand and Celine Dion's duet "Tell Him" is another I think could have easily made the list.
I’m about to comment this also! This was epic duet!
Ain’t No Mountain High Enough is such a great song to play with my mom. Love hearing it over and over.
Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston best Vocal Duet Ever!!!
Celine Dion have so many incredible duets in her entire career!!! She is so amaizing…
Best ever duet, Céline Dion and pebo Bryson beauty and the beast, a whole, New World, Regina Belle, and Peabo Bryson
Both should have made the list
Speaking of Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli, Time to Say Goodbye is also notable 👍
Was just gonna suggest it myself, great song which must be a nightmare to cover.
34: I see Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey, When You Believe from The Prince of Egypt, I clicked. Love the song
X2
Great list. The Prayer live performance by Céline Dion and Andrea Bocelli at the Oscar still haunting me to this day. Whitney and Mariah also performed When You Believe on the same occasion and later won for best original song specifically written for a movie 🎬 🎞 🎥 🎦 📽
yes, the vocal trinity was in the same roof that night.
I don’t feel like Empire State of mind is a duet…also Peabo Bryson and Celine Dion version of beauty and the beast is top tier
the power Mariah holds.
Great work on listing the songs up guys 🙌🏻
45: OH! I love Shallow. From the moment that Lady Gaga is in her first movie, I fell in love with this song since it’s release. The movie might be 6 years old but I will always love it
It's a wonderful version of the iconic movie.
Modernized without ruining the original plot and meaning of the story. ❤
Celine is always underated 💔 featuring Barbara Streisand surely on the list! Or featuring Andrea Bocelli
For me it’s Celine and Barbra on Tell Him
MsMojo could do a top Celine Dion duets list, that would be awesome! “The Prayer” “Beauty and the Beast” “Tell Him”
Ah I thought you were going to go with Tell Him, Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion. I always love when I hear two women, which is why i love doing it with a guy (or a girl). Tell Him by Barbra and Celine
Yes!
OMG, this list and video are amazing. There are duets on here that I didn't know existed and others that I didn't realize how much I missed hearing them. The prayer is one of my favorites!!!!

Count on Me by Whitney Houston and CeCe Winans is another duet that isn’t easy, they go to town on that song!
Freddie Mercury & Montserrat Caballé - Barcelona was awesome as well. Freddie had the best voice ever!
49: (Gasps) The Prayer. Touched my heart since I was a kid. FYI, it’s from the animated movie Quest of Camelot. It won an award for best song. I know it’s not a duet in the movie but it was sung by Celine Dion
I love that movie!
It did. It won the Golden Globe, if I'm not mistaken. Love it!
I also adore the MisCast version of Take Me Or Leave Me by Aaron Tveit and Gavin Creel. Great twist on the song.
Also, I will listen to Bocelli sing anything, the man's voice is a gift!
I completely agree with you regarding Mr Bocelli, his voice is amazing. Such a great singer.
I can't find anyone to sing Whenever you call (by Mariah Carey and Brian McKnight)
One of my favorites is Looking through your eyes
Cliff Richard. Now there's a name I haven't heard in forever!
Fun fact: "The Prayer" was also sung by gospel singers Donnie McClurkin and Yolanda Adams
What about Donna summer and Barbara Streisand
Fr like that song has 3-4 high note especially the last one long note on the longer version, it should be on the list!
YES!❤
#5 Take Me or Leave Me was my pick for my high school theater class project 😁 I did Idina Mendel’s part & let the soundtrack do the other voice. I got an A on it😁 had to act it out too!
I've tried to sing "All I Ask of You", "Don't Go Breaking my Heart" and "Under Pressure" at karaoke in the past, with "tried" being the operative word. Maybe I should leave it to the professionals!
so you really couldn't if you tried.
@@MirshikarSilivren Literally nobody could, unless you're the original singers. Lol
46: I like Take Me or Leave Me. Watched it in my teen years. I’m a fan of Idina Menzel
The prayer is definitely one of the best duets - Andrea Brocheli and Celine Dion own that song
Fall In Line from Xtina and Demi Lovato
The best top to start off this week. Happy monday Ms Mojo and i hope i see you soon for more. Take care and God bless you , greetings from Colombia.
47: My favorite song at number three made my day. Ever since I was a kid, I sing solo as I sing this song
Imagine mentioning that super crap and basic "Me!" 🤣🤣
So i was watching this on my tv and had to find it on my phone to comment.
Ok then. Choices.
I was thinking the same thing. I thought it was going to be num 1
I agree totaly❤
Great list! I know it might be silly but I thought "A Whole New World" was gonna be on this list.
I enjoyed all of your choices although I would have chosen differently but then I am not sure anyone can agree on this level! There are too many favorites that were left out and too many to consider without filtering or breaking the list into further categories! Still I always enjoy your lists ❤️❤️❤️
Tell him - B. Streisand and C. Dion
Great work listing this all up so respectfully!
Mariah Carey and whitney Houston two great voices and Big divas ❤
You should also do a list of hardest popular duets to sing in any language like Latin or K-Pop,etc.
"The Pearl Fishers" duet with Jussi Bjorling and Robert Merrill
Con Te Partiro with Bocelli and Brightman is pretty good too.
Celine has also sang the no.1 song beautifully with Josh ❤
Peeebo Bryson and Reglna Bell rendition of Aladdin A Whole New World is a struggle
I 💯 agree with the number 1 choice! Amazing, beautiful song ❤️
Number 1 pick is the signature song of Marcelito Pomoy and that man is able to sing the song by only himself and his female voice sounds very similar to Celine Dion, and he’s a huge fan of Celine Dion.
Where is How Can I GO On? Its magical, beautiful and emotional
Kelly Clarkson can sing anything❤😍
Of course Andrea Bucceli and Celine Dion are amazing, but my favorite rendition of The Prayer is Josh Groban and Charlotte Church.
I taught my students to sing 'Shallow'. I'm not a music teacher. I teach English to foreigners in Australia and just happen to love music ❤
Donnie McClurkin and Yolonda Adams also killed The Prayer
My favorite duet is "remind me" by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood
understatement for sure all but the heart won't lie reba and vince gill the day I fell in love dolly parton and james ingram love theme beethoven 2 the movie because of you reba and clarkson also duets but don't know if they're hard to sing but tay swift and brendan urie for ME! insanely ear worm catchiness and fun
There's also 'Jackson' by Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash
Don't forget literally every duet by Peabo Bryson including the ones that were made for Disney like A Whole New World, and Beauty and the Beast.
You missed "Time to say goodbye" with Andrea Boccelli and Sarah Brightman.
I am a whitney fan til the end of time but what about celine dion and barbra streisand’s tell him?
I nominate for your consideration the duet between Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand - Tell Him.
I love Phantom of the Opera so much
I swear this is the first time I have ever heard Celine Dion's name pronounced in French in an English sentence.
48: When it comes to duets, me and my dad sing along to Picture and Just Give Me A Reason
I think its the greatest showman song with zendeya and zac efron was the hardest
You mean Rewrite the Stars? That is a lovely duet❤
Great list but we couldn't get an honorable mention for The Boy Is Mine or Same Script, Different Cast? Both songs have powerhouse vocals and are insane to try and perform
Wow!
8 : 41`is my favouite Mariah and Whiney
For me, the hardest part is finding someone to sing with.
Lol always have the same problem😂
The Prayer should have won the Oscar for best song that year.
I thought it would too. When you believe is not a bad winner, though.
I don't think you chose the best version of The Prayer. The version done by Josh Groban and Charlotte Church is far better in my opinion.
Not a bad list. But "Something Stupid" by Frank and Nancy Sinatra is a brilliant duet that's surprisingly hard to nail.
Marc Antonie feat Tina Arena, Christina Aguilera feat Colin Smith
If Diana Ross & Lionel Ritchie's duet is included, may I submit Donna Summer & Barbra Streisand Enough is Enough/No More Tears?
Stunning talent 👏
I vote for Barcelona by Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe
First Love Never Dies
Can’t We Try
The Last Time I Felt Like This
Friends and Lovers
Separate Lives
Broken Strings
I Will Take You Forever
The Door To Your Heart
Romance
Whenever There Is Love
Should all be in this list!
It was one of my favorites, especially in Guardians of the Galaxy
Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes (I’ve Had) the time of my life
"You're The One That I Want" is only hard for those who do not have the right training coupled with talent.
that goes for many of the songs on the list. Mostly because of the high notes. And Empire State of Mind isn't that hard to sing or rap. That was not a good choice.
Steve Perry and Kenny Loggins "Don't Fight It"
Tell Him should also be here IMO.
50: Good list
Tori Amos, Annie Lennox, Miley Cyrus, 😊
You can do it some
I’d add “Confrontation” from Les Miserables. It sounds like two completely different songs simultaneously.
Count Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga's "DIE WITH A SMILE" in!!!!
Where is "Enough is Enough (No more tears)" By Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer or "One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men ??
I would add “Barcelona” with Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballé.
