“What Goes Around (Comes Around)” was actually written by JT for something that happened to his best friend. He def pulled from his friend’s pain to write the song.

Everything from the song style to Blu's amazingly unique voice, the sass, the lyrics... all of it was a game changing breakup song. I still love it to this day.

How is Womanizer a revenge song? She hasn't fallen for him yet, and she states she never will in the song. So he hasn't done anything to her to avenge.
I got the feeling in the song he hadn't done anything to her yet because she wasn't going to fall for him, so it's not revenge, it's quitting while she's ahead.
