    For minimising hair fall and encourage hair growth, consume a balanced diet rich in protein and B12 vitamins, and ensure sufficient intake of vitamin D. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo, hair conditioner, and oil to littlllexttra coco onioon one year ago, and effectively reduced my hair fall.

      @amanchetan86 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I use a small amount of Littlellextra Cocoonnion oil in the evening, and it soaks into the scalp overnight. In the morning, I apply Reeactivate Hair Serum to strengthen my hair while at the office. Approximately every 2-3 days, I shampoo my hair. Now, my hair growth has increased a lot.

    I just took out cornrows that I've had in for two months and i literally had a handful of hair that shedded/broke off. It was so thick you could have used it as a puff.

    • @ivony4689
      @ivony4689 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I think it's the hairstyle, because I have the same problem. Every time I put in cornrows, I have a handful of hair. But, if i do big twists and or braids, I don't shed that much, just a little to nothing.

    My hair has been shedding a lot more lately. It’s full strands not breakage. I know I’m anemic so that can play a part. I’m thinking my diet but I’ve been eating the same. So idk if it’s that

    Thanks for this video. My hair is shedding so much. It's scary. When I wash my hair (once a month) after losing cornrows, lots of long strands come off. As I use my fingers to gently wash my scalp and hair, long strands keep coming off. It's annoying.

    • @ANGIEBEE
      @ANGIEBEE  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We lose 50 - 100 hairs a day so after one month that's around 3000 hairs or more so it is normal to have a little more shedding than usual after a month 💖

    Covid has made my hair shed like crazy.The good news is that it will grow back.Its not hair loss like alopecia. It usually starts about 1 to 3 months after onset of the covid virus.The hair's that shed look very healthy and thick. I have noticed that my scalp feels like little spikes of hair growing back in...My there is hope.

    hi I was just looking for some advice as I took my braids out about a month ago and I had a lot of growth (I've been braiding my hair on and off since 2020 and have grown my hair massive amounts through protective styling) . It was really good but after about 2 weeks I noticed that my hair keeps breaking or falling out when I brush it etc. Im not sure what is causing it, whether it is a product I tried out which I've stopped using (a cantu leave in condition mask) or if it is stress from exams (which I didnt feel overly stressed from / more stressed than usual). It could also be my sleep pattern which i'm going to improve from now. Im really worried about it because I've never experienced anything like this since I've been growingly hair about for nearly 2 years now. I was wondering if you please have any advice? I'm planning on putting braids back into my hair to give it a break from being natural but im still worried about losing it.

    • @ANGIEBEE
      @ANGIEBEE  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you are on the right track with working on reducing stress, improving sleep and eating and hydrating well. as for the protective style i suggest you do a different one incase you hair is getting damaged from being the same way all the time. try a low manipulation and low tension hairstyle. hope this helps 💗

      Hey Anna! Have you tried a protein treatment? Most of the time when my hair starts shedding excessively, it needs a protein treatment and this helps immensely
      Edit: Just realised that my protein treatment helps with shedding, not because it has protein but because it has caffeine as one of the main ingredients so highly recommend coffee/ green tea rinse or can also buy the protein treatment: Grow Gorgeous Repair Hair Mask
      Let me know if it works for you too :)
      Also, adding clove essential oil to your carrier oil of choice. I've added this to castor oil and it has worked beautifully. Just be mindful that castor oil is very heavy so a little goes a long way
