I'm jewish. I wasn't always observant. When I was a younger teen, I ate bacon (before it got memeified). I remember the taste. However, when I decided that I wanted to become more in touch with my faith, I stopped eating it. About 2 years later (2013?) I tried duck bacon. It met every expectation I had and was SO much better than turkey bacon. Duck is leaner than the cut of meat that makes up pork bacon... but it's WAY fattier than turkey bacon, and it cooked/tasted like a great halfway point. There USED to be a couple people who made it kosher, but idk if anybody does now (8 years later. 9 if you count April 2020 as the longest year ever like I do) So as somebody who wanted bacon, but wouldn't eat it for religious reasons, this was something that I REALLY appreciated.
Maple Leaf Farms duck bacon was delicious- however they don't make it anymore :(

Looks like turkey bacon 🥓,, Guessing they did a label 🏷 switch and saw u coming!!! 😉 REAL duck bacon looks MUCH darker, and is WAY leaner!!! 😎✌

This bacon is awesome! Not recommended for microwave. It Pops alot. Pieces of meat everywhere. The texture is like a chewable jerky. Good stuff.👌🏾
Duck bacon... looks good I am going to have to pick some up next time I am in Cincy! I have tried lamb bacon at the Restaurant Association Show...
