@@pradyumnakale722 Around 1.3L on the odo and it still runs butter smooth. (Touch Wood). Had to change the timing kit and the flywheel at around 80k. And changed the DSG oil once at around 1.1Lakhs. and it's going good. Love the car even today. The interiors are showing signs of aging, a little bit of dashboard rattling noticed now and then and the adaptive lights malfunction as the sensor has broken, thanks to pathetic Indian roads. But for that, I love the car.
Note that engine might last till 2 lakhs with ease, but the suspension will definitely need an overhaul much earlier, thanks to our road conditions.

@adarsh No if you drive around 80 to 90 mean it’s gives 14 to 15 in highway but your driving is more then 100km mean it’s down 12milage this is my experience I drive cruze more then 70k simply cruze only clever 😎

I own a Skoda rapid. I love to race in highways. I have faced Cruz in my highway experiences. I am pretty sure the person riding rapid didn't participated in the race. Rapid is not a easy chick.
That 2L turbo diesel engine can smoke any car, there's no way Cruise is beatable by Rapid. Even BMW 550d struggles if caught on high RPM

I own a 1.5 TDI rapid manual which is tuned.. After seeing this video I desperately wanted to try a Cruze vs Rapid drag. A proper drag, not mad race on highway.

Believe it or not i have ciaz diesel ciaz can go upto 190kmpl and i also drove the 2004 model octavia 1.9tdi i can achieve top speed is 220 the only difference is octavia feel more planted on road and ciaz not give the confidence on higher speed

Cruze driver isn't perfect. I defeated Mercedes Sedan on Highway Chandigarh to Haryana. Mercedes driver even couldn't reach behind my chevrolet Optra 2.0 diesel. He pushed his car limits but I was the clear winner 🏆😏

It cant be, simply becoz, Rapid has a 1.5L diesel engine. And this guy's cruze has a 2L diesel. So maybe Laura can compete, actually Laura would erase him, but as Laura is discontinued now, Rapid falls in the same segment as this car and Rapid though an excellent car, would simply fail to catch up with him in terms of top speed

It’s funny that the Cruze never received any upgrades over it’s existence but still outperformed several other good cars in India . No petrol available and no change to the 2.0 VCDi...they didn’t advertise it as the diesel rocket for nothing. Really wished Chevy brought it back!
