Here we go. Our dream matchup. UST wanting to repeat history, UP wanting to rewrite it. Go USTe! UP Fight! Happy and proud to be part of these communities. 🐯✊🏻
I'm a big UP fan and super agree with the rotation comments! Love that Aldous is starting again, the grit and hustle that this guy brings to start the game is just different. I really hope that they keep the momentum in their upcoming games. I enjoyed watching the game, the FEU guys really did their best. Kudos to Royce, Janrey, Veejay, and Jorick. Sobrang solid! Sobrang kabado ng UP crowd but thanks to JD for hitting that 3-pointer. 😂 It's almost exactly the same shot he made in season 84 to win the championship. ✨️
Agree. Aldous is a better fit and player than Belmonte. They should continue to give him the bigger minutes This is why i don't think they should rest players vs UE. They need to keep their momentum and get Harold going most especially - Gab
@ looking forward to see more of Aldous and Harold in today’s game! I’m also hoping that they play hard today to keep that momentum going into the semis. Ayaw na po naming ma-Renzo Subido sa semis 🤣
UST's season played out about as well as I hoped so. Get to the F4, keep it close against the 2 goliaths, and GET THAT UP UST MATCH BABY. The only downside now, tickets will disappear instantly, like Mariano vs DLSU
Nice episode! Finally!! UST is finally back in the F4, well-deserved and peaking at the right time. Hopefully, they can continue this when they play against UP. Can't wait to hear the "Go USTe" chant again. Adamson just look lost in the 3rd Quarter, 23-4 is definitely not gonna make them win this game. They started off great but melted down in the 2nd half. I still have hope for them to win their last game and earn the final spot. These next games will be exciting to watch. On the other hand, FEU gave a hell of a 2nd round and they were quite close in competing for a F4 but lost to UP means their season is officially over but a lot of good things for next season. They could have been in par with the other teams if they didn't start the season with 0-5 record. They actually managed to catch up but it was quite an uphill climb for them to do it and in order to compete in the F4 as you all mentioned, you have to start the season strong and consistent. Btw, thank you for the Cedar&Co goodies. Got it already! Looking forward to more of your episodes!
Has to be a success for FEU, to even sniff the F4 after a 0-5 start. With Mongcopa, Felipe, Dwayne Miranda, the mainstays of the juniors (Cabonilas and Salangsang) joining the mainstays of this season, FEU should be contenders next season. FEU got a good one in Coach Sean. UP finally got its get right game. Kabahan na UE as UP may probably want to finish strong and ramp up for the F4. Sorely missed QMB, Abadiano played much better than what was usual for him lately and Cagulangan and Lopez are still the main guys for a reason. UST actually turning it up in defense has to be a good sign for them as they take on UP in a couple weeks. For UST to have a chance, they need the depth to consistently produce. AdU is fucked.
I would give a B to FEU for this season. They started bad (again), but they did dramatically improve in the 2nd round. Magandang end the UAAP season/preview for the next one. About potential FEU reinforcements for next season, Mongcopa is definitely the name that easily comes up. Si Daa sana mag-improve for next UAAP season. Heading into the season, I was really just looking at Pre and Pasaol (+ Konateh since big improvement siya from Faty lol). Pero binudol ako ng FEU fans who were really hyping up Daa, saying na very underrated/under-the-radar siya. Bigla tuloy ako napa-expect kay Daa kaya I ended up being underwhelmed sa kanya this season 😅 Well tbf, binudol ako ng buong FEU kasi I had them as my no. 4. FEU next season beke nemen. Happy for UST since I had them in my F4 predictions, buti di naging budol sa’kin like last season 😂
I grade them as a solid B, B+ pa siguro if di sila ng 3rd place nitong Fil Oil :D Excited for my FEU. This would be the start of their full offseason na kasama nila si Coach Sean at the helm. As for Fil-am recruits niya maybe nasa adjusting period parin sila and the physicality ng laro here in PH but nonetheless I have high hopes for them especially kay Adam Nakai I believe this guy is a microwave scorer just like what he did to a game vs UP 10points under 4mins, tremendous athleticism and the shooting stroke? the gooseneck litaw na litaw :P Just give us a natural big that can back up big Mo and A LOT OF SHOOTING PRACTICE lol

I said a while back that I’d rather face UST than UE if I were La Salle. I still sorta still feel that knowing UE can explode in any one game scenario. But I’m less fearful of UE now considering their downward trend and for La Salle if there is any team other than them, that has the starpower, athletes, and strong crowd support to give UP a difficult time, its UST so hoping for a repeat of 2019
@@bolerosph Seems like an easy choice in Adamson but any La Salle fan who knows the history wouldn't underestimate any Nash Racela team in a playoff scenario Kung iisipin mo same MO lang ADU and UE, a big who can punish inside (Precious/Cedrick) while the rest hit threes which really dictates whether they win or lose a game. Both teams really are also at the top of defensive rankings. Slight difference lang is UE has more combustible guys like Wello, Galang, and Jack CD, or guys that you can see hitting 4-7 threes in one game. ADU has none of those with maybe the exception of Montebon but they have guys that somewhat consistent in their role. Hot take but I'd rather just have one of ADU/UE make it to the F4 outright because a playoff will most likely mean another week off for La Salle which would make it more or less 3 weeks off and the rest v. rust factor comes into play.
Tumama prediction ko Guys. Power ranking episode nyo, i ranked FEU at 5th or 6th spot. 5-9 is a better record than 3-11 last year. I'd say this is still a success when you look at it objectively. The core team is defined. Pre, Pasaol, Konateh, Daa, Montemayor, Nakai, Luke Felipe and Cholo (Hope he still stays for his last playing year and get back stronger for S88. We know Cholo's potential on the offense and defense and we hope to see him breakout in his last playing year). With the Addition of Incoming Players like Kirby Mongcopa, Dwayne Miranda and Miles Macayan, and Stephen Cabigting. this is going to be an interesting FEU team. With a year of preparation and understanding Coach Sean's system (Triangle), FEU is surely in the F4 next season. Jones, Nakai, Duque, Book and Taboctaboc Probably still needs adjustments in their game. We expect three or 4 of these Guys to be exceptionally well come S88 specially Jones and Nakai since they've been so hyped entering S87. Hopefully, with a full year of preparation and series of Off-season tournaments they'll be able to breakout. An additional back-up local Center would make FEU even a better team as we all know Konateh is a double-double machine, but he can't always be situated in a game where he plays 40 solid minutes. He needs rest to be efficient. A 6' 7"- 6'8" back up bigs will be a welcoming development for the team, sana makahanap si Coach Sean sa US, or Denok (As he's the Program Director). High hopes for the FEU Faithful in S88. 🔰🔰🔰 As for UP, Congratulations. Let me give you your flowers for the team deserves it. JD Cagulangan hitting that back breaking three was the nail in the coffin. I'm reminded of that 3pt dagger he also hit in the finals vs ADMU. same spot, same result. And Jerry Abadiano just waxed hot in this game. Galing. This is the UP we are expecting to see in the Final 4 and it will be a tough task for UST to beat a UP team that has a T2B advantage. Great show, Sam Gab and Maui! 💪
Thanks for the comment Jeffrey! Agree ako sa FEU. They have a lot of stuff to address this offseason but the talent is definitely there I hope that they don't replace Mo Konateh haha. That will be a big step backwards
I think UST has a chance vs UP. What they should do is to play smart, dictate the pace early on, have a strong start and stay consistent. Make quality, high percentage shots. UST should play with no pressure and take it as a challenge, and let UP play away from their system. For FEU, Just keep the core for 4-5 yrs and FEU will be a Final 4 contender. Adamson and UE are just painful to watch right now. If Ateneo wins over Adamson, 5-9 win loss slate log jam to AdU, FEU, NU & Ateneo. If AdU escaped, that would be a different story. It would have playoffs against UE in case the latter wins to Yupe but its impossible now
Second
i told you guys its a Predictive Programming in any sports, events etc.
1 team to go to complete my prediction
dlsu

Might very well be. Let's see if Adamson can force a do or die playoff or if Ateneo can play spoiler
Di ka sure. Baka mangyari na naman nung dati na natalo ng UST ang twice to beat na UP
@@bolerosph in the past years ateneo always has the numbers or adu . Or this time the lady luck will be the side of adu .
@@aaronsantiago2853 probably:) dehado ust . Malaki panalo sa betting prize if ust wins vs up.
@@aaronsantiago28532019. Pahiya ang yupe sa uste tapos pahiya naman ang uste sa ateneo na 16-0 🏆
First😂
What happens kaya if natuloy noon ang Ateneo- AdU no storm.? Eh d wala siguro spoiler na aabangan o baka meron against UE as last game.
