We did this pond right at the start of @TimWaddington many years ago!
We used his existing Nexus 200 and he bought a brand new nexus 210!
Of course they have now been upgraded to 220+ but these filters are still doing a great job!
2 bottom drains feed 2 x Nexus 200 series

Great pond!
Nexus doing the business as usual
Love this one. Build it right… build it once! Lesson learnt.
And no messing about!
@@TimWaddingtonfinally found the source of my leak and patched it. Looking at getting it re fibreglassed now.
Beautiful pond that mate amazing garden too.
A little bit of paradise
@@TimWaddington definitely
Hi Tim, nice pond! What are your thoughts on the auto cleaning kit for a 320 please?
I think if you work away or go away a lot then yes. If you are at home it’s only 10 mins to clean.
@@TimWaddington Thanks Tim, retirement is around the corner so hopefully will be away a bit so I will invest in one and automate as much as possible. Always enjoy the videos and rewatched your one on the auto cleaner which I forgot you had done and more worryingly that I had already watched it, the joys of getting older
Gorgeous pond and beautiful garden. Just wondering, what dosage of PP did you use?
I can’t really say. The dose isn’t a standard dose and if I publish it then people could have issues
@@TimWaddington Fair enough. I fully understand.👍🏻
if it ain't broke...don't fix it. Stunning pond..lovely garden..what a view ....nice clean filter house. Re the PP..do you do a second lot or not ?
The one will do the trick
@@TimWaddington I also only use it once..yet a lot of 'knowing' people insist it should be used twice....
@@mucky1957. it’s dependent on the level of costia to how many treatments we use. Costia is difficult to find and people do miss it then it gets worse. If you can find costia which is just experience one treatment at low level is fine
When you add the permanganate, if you already have a slight green water issue, does turning off, as recommended, the UVC, will the algae flourish and you go back to stage one with the algae treatment?
The reason for asking is I’m just going to use the permanganate in the pond for the first time and it’s precautionary because the fish have started flushing and occasionally jumping, but I’m having trouble finding anything under the microscope.
Don’t turn the UV off 👍
I'm struggling with fluke at the moment can't seem to get rid any tips mate please
Wish I did mate…
For the money the nexus filters are awesome a drum 2 grand plus a bio chamber god knows, you can buy a second hand nexus or 3 for a drum price an old filter thats stood the test of time
