That chicken you are eating is gavran chicken (desi chicken) which has less flesh as compared to broiler chicken But tastes way better than broiler chicken
In kokan region you will mostly find chicken with bone as this is good for health and prefer most here. those bones you have to lick and eat until all the rassa gets soaked up in your mouth and thats the way how we eat.
This pav is called peti pav. Not bread this is more softer and thicker than the normal bread slice. This peti pav add uniqueness and special kolhapur touche to kolhapur misal since generations.

This bread is different than milk bread which is serve with tea.milk bread contains sugar.
