Is it normal that the front shocks clunks a lot on bad roads ? I just bought mine and the front end feels quite soft and overly bouncy like a pogo stick. I think the clunking sound and feel is the front forks bottoming out. Is this normal ? Mind you they're brand new.

Those shock absorbers wont come off, instead it just spins and doesn't unscrew

Remove the brake caliper BEFORE you remove the wheel.
