It's all about having 2 songs in the same key. Then you get the acapella (vocals only) from one, and the instrumental (beat only) from the other. The last step is just to combine both in any DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) like FL Studio, Ableton or, hell even Audacity
Sorry for the late reply. I use Virtual DJ to experiment, Ableton 9 to put everything together musically and Photoshop and Premiere Pro to animate the video. Hope that helps. Tom

Not every song, but many. Theres full multitracks to Clint Eastwood, Feel Good Inc, and Re-Hash thanks to rock band, but only a handful of songs of the first album have vocals only, but all albums have instrumentals released. I'm still praying for some humanz snips to be released.
