I have used Autosol for more than 40 years. I have found the big difference between the marine and non marine version is that the marine version is 100% more expensive. Nice teak result! Here is something. I read an article in Practical Sailor about a mildew cleaner and preventative which is remarkably similar to Concrobium. Except that it is 1000 times cheaper. You need 1 tablespoon of Lectric washing soda (Woolworths), 1 tablespoon of Tricleanium (Bunnings), 1 tablespoon of Soda bic (pantry) and 500 mls of hot water. I made it with zero expectation that it would work, but it does! Sprayed on my outrageously expensive winch handle pocket then rubbed in with a nail brush it removed sooty mould and green mildew and stops it from regrowing. If you follow the Concrobium instructions they work perfectly. (If you read the MSDS you'll see why). I'm off out to admire my winch handle pocket again.

I can't claim 40 years but probably 30 is realistic. I didn't even know that they made a 'marine' version until I bought this one. I was in the chandlery and it was the only option so I grabbed it. I did notice a difference though, the cost😐...

Your boat is looking great. I have these tasks building up on my boat too.
I have also got a battery powered polisher and it does wonders. I have just bought a can of Gelcoat repair along with some cream pigment paste (I hope I can get close to the original colour).
I have the same grab rail teak work to do and thinking about the options. Sand it back and coat it with marine varnish, Teak oil it just like you have done, or sand it back with wet and dry sandpaper and seawater and get a natural look. For the later sanding it back gets the grooves out where dirt collects, I would also do that if I used the Teak oil.
My wife bought me that same tube of Autosol but I have not used it yet. Looks like you get great results from it.
Any ropes that are easily detachable can be put through the washing machine for some great results. It makes old ropes new again. Any ropes that that cannot come off I wash out with my battery powered pressure hose.
Another big improvement was to use mold cleaner on the storage spaces. It gets those spaces back to brand new condition.

I Haven't tried the ropes in the washing machine. Most are pretty new but I'll definitely be doing that when they get a bit grubby. Thanks for the tip! How did you go about getting the right pigment paste? My boat is white (as you can see) but white is never just one shade...

I don't think I'm doing it correctly, you might have to come do mine for me, beers in the fridge when finished😉
