The Faces Of Hall County 2 Community Interaction

I created The Faces of Hall County Georgia to get more people visiting our website. We needed content that was different, interesting, and piqued the curiosity of others. Highlighting the positive people of my community gives them recognition and attention and also introduces or reintroduces them to their neighbors.
This video: we saw that our visibility was growing with the website and then we started seeing people in town talking about it; coming to talk with me about it; people started nominating other people; people were talking about what people said in their interviews. My local community was embracing it and loving it.
We built the project along the five principles taught in the book The Go Giver, by Bob Burg and John David Mann. The success and attention of this project led to the creation of The Faces Of Company where we provide this project and coach the use of it in other communities.
