We had the best era though. I know this without a doubt. Growing "old" from that era is something special and should be proud of. Watching videos and hearing music from this era around the younger generation you can tell they're intrigued and impressed and dare I say a little jealous lol most of them even say "Looks like you guys had alot of fun back then." That makes me smile.

Yea, I am disappointed they didn’t use En Vogue as much separately . . . they should’ve had more separate vocals singing at least one or two lines showing off their strong (at 3/4 strong compared to the original 4) vocal harmonies.

Mark didn't want to join so that is how Joe(y) McIntyer became apart of the group. They were big until about 1994, then they broke up and came back together in 2008 and have been making new music an touring ever since. Check out Summmertime, Remix, One Mire Night, If You Go Away Girl, Thankful. Bring Back The Time is the 1st song for the 2022 Mixed Tape Tour so there may be another album in the making.

I grew up in the 80s when all of these groups became popular so every time I hear this song I get goosebumps and I get a rush of endorphin because it reminds me of a time when there was no technology, we actually did hang out at the lake and the mall without cell phones and iPads, and music was happy and uplifting and you wanted to dance and sing because life was so much more simple. I actually feel a little sad for you because in 20 years there is nothing that any artists can put out that will make you feel this way because you grew up in an age where this kind of life did not exist anymore. You are the same age as my kids are.

I definitely recommend Boys in the Band and Remix for NKOTB and “We’re Not Gonna Take It” by Twisted Sister & “I Ran” by Flock of Seagulls for a bit more reference to this. They did amazing. Also a couple of years ago when New Kids went on tour they put out a song called 80's Baby with NKOB, Salt -N- Pepa, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, and Naughty by Nature...If you like this, I think you would really like that song!

NKOTB has been my favorite band since I was a kid and they’re incredibly kind to us fans. This videos was so much fun and it was such a trip to see them dressed like Twisted Sister, Robert Palmer, Duran Duran Journey etc that I didn’t even hear the song the first time I watched- I just laughed.
I definitely recommend Boys in the Band and Remix for NKOTB and “We’re Not Gonna Take It” by Twisted Sister & “I Ran” by Flock of Seagulls for a bit more reference to this.
They did amazing. En Vogue did “My Love (You’re Never Gonna Get It)” & “Free Your Mind” & Salt n Peppa did a lot of stuff YT would probably restrict! 😂 But “Shoop” & “Push It” would be safest.
