Zoe I have watched silently for 10+ years! I am now 24 and sitting eating my dinner watching this vlog whilst my partner Harry sits and writes an essay for Uni. He just said “she sounds like such a good Mum” and I got so emotional at that. You are an incredible Mum and you truly seem like you’re the happiest you’ve ever been. I’ve just said to my partner that my motivation is to give our kids the life that you are giving Ottie and Novie. Have tears in my eyes over watching you with the girls. Much love xx

Just watched Alfie’s 15 years of TH-cam -video and realized that Ottie is closer to the age when Alfie started TH-cam that he himself is atm!😮 That blows my mind!! I am the same age as Alfie and have been a subscriber to you both since the early days 🫶🏻
I LOVE how non judgemental you are with your changing body. A lot of influencers would a) not admit/talk about their body changing and b) Stress about changing their body rather than their clothes. I can relate in a small way, having undergone weight - restoration recovery for an eating disorder (which last year's vlogust helped get me through) . Nearly a year since reaching a "healthy" BMI and my body is still changing (yay extreme hunger & weight redistribution ). My advice to anyone experiencing body changes, for whatever reason, is don't bother weighing yourself, shop secondhand and don't be too quick to throw your favourite clothes out. Don't keep them in your wardrobe as a reminder of your past body, but find a cupboard to keep them for a few months until you're sure they don't make you feel good. It's fine if they never fit again, but body changes are so unpredictable xx
Question for tomorrow: what is a habit that you want to break and a habit that you want to implement in the future months?

The thing I would tell my 20 yr old self is don't take my parents for granted. Both my parents are gone and there are days I would just love to just be able to hug them or smell them. I miss them and I didn't make enough memories with them. You and Alphie make time for your family and I really envy that .

22 was 43 years ago for me...I would tell myself to take chances and talk more to my parents. Don't shy away from being emotional and push through it. Talk to your grandparents....learn their stories.❤
I love seeing the girls as they grow and knowing that these videos will be so special for you guys to look back on with both of the girls. It’s also lovely seeing Novie as she grows as my nephew is just a few months behind and it’s a bit of a glimpse into the future of his milestones and makes me so excited to see him grow as well!!

You and Mark NEED to go to Primark, their autumn range is 10/10!! Question- What is one feature you weren’t bothered about having in the house, but is now a non negotiable if you ever moved? For example, you weren’t bothered about an ensuite but now you couldn’t not have one! Vlogust makes me the happiest and i cannot WAIT for summerween🍂🎃💕

my favorite bra is from knix!!! i am a 30HH so i understand the struggle of never finding a bra that fits right. i love the bras from knix because it’s wireless, but still looks like a bra instead of a sports bra. they are so supportive and even have a bra clasp in the back so it’s still very adjustable!!! i get a medium++, i tried the small++ however the boobs were too small. the sizing chart recommends a small but if you clasp the medium on the 2-3 tightest options then you’re good!! 10/10 recommend, it’s my first bra that doesn’t cause me chronic back and neck pain when i wear it. i wear it to work for 9 hours in a day and it remains so supportive and comfortable !!
Question for tomorrow! What is it like being able to watch all of the memories that you missed, like watching Zoe play with just Novie and Ottie when you are not there? It must be so special!

I’m only 22 but I feel like a lifetime has happened since I was 20… my anxiety was at peak for what I knew at that point, specifically about setting and enforcing boundaries with the people closest to me. I saw it as a confrontation and I am NOT a confrontational person so I was bound to struggle with it no matter what. I would tell my 20 year old self that I am allowed to gently but solidly put boundaries on aspects of my life as needed. It’s not selfish, rude, or wrong. People in my life can adjust to my needs and all will be well.

I wouldn’t imagine that your Vlogust schedule is anything close to a normal schedule. I'm literally turning 30 in a couple weeks and I would tell my 20 year old self to hold your family members closer because you never know when you're going to lose them. And to not care so much about what other people think of you, I was so hung up on that in my teens and early 20s and guess what, no one cares what you're doing because they're so worried about themselves. Also say yes to more experiences, people, and things and don't let your insecurities about your body stop you from doing stuff (but also just take up swimming, working out doesn't have to be something you hate 😅)

I have celiac disease and when I was in my 20s I didn’t realise what the consequences could be by not sticking fully to a gluten free diet. So I would tell myself ALL the horrible side effects that happens long term by cheating the diet and stick to the diet. Love the vlogs! Great team effort Zoe and Alfie!

If I could go back to my 20
Year old self I would sadly say “Don’t marry him!! He’s turns out to be a terrible drunk and cheats on you and is so emotionally abusive that after 25 years you finally find the courage to divorce him” But at the same time - I wouldn’t have my amazing 32 year old successful and well adjusted son. And to be honest I think the hard times that we went through together made us closer and showed him that he didn’t want his life to turn out like that. I now have the hindsight and wisdom to pass on to others struggling in that same situation. Big hugs to you both and a reminder to ALWAYS be kind to each other. ❤

I have been watching your videos for 12 years, I am now 22 have never missed a video!🫶🏻I’m excited to have my own family one day and follow in your footsteps. You two have helped me so much growing up. In times where I felt I had no one you guys were there thank you🫶🏻❤️
Honestly aren’t genetics fascinating, who children look like and who they remind you of. Both your girls are beautiful and super lovely. I can see both you and Alfie in both kids. But what I can see more is how much they remind me of your wider family and siblings. Otti really reminds me of the women in Alfie’s family and his dad, which is totally obvious but wild. I always love seeing your wider families as they just evoke love. I’m such a fan as I’ve always really liked Alfie’s fam. They are bloody gorgeous, like your mum there is something that I can’t put my finger on that I really find fab about them all that’s really warm. novi, she really reminds me of Joe so much and your super lovely mum and brother. To me she just looks like Jo. I can’t work out why I find this so fascinating but I just do. I love that we are all a random collection of genes and who knows what ones we will have. That we are uniquely ourselves but also a little pieces of our families. I’m sure you will be able to see things about them that remind you of other people in your fam that aren’t in the vlogs too. It’s obvious but also endlessly fascinating xx I’d love to be able to know what genes I have from what members of my family. Think there is a business idea there, if it’s possible to know.
