We can't say thank you big enough to equal to the amount of gratitude we have for each of you. Your kindness, encouragement, and support during this second season has been incredible. And Lord-willing, we are excited to return for a third season in 2022.

The Bible speaks so strongly. Its so plain and clear when you come to His Word without any theological presuppositions.
I have discovered yall's channel from a link from the Cultish channel talking about the churches of Christ. I have been so encouraged by yall's videos. Thank you for being bold and honest about the text.

Thankyou so much for your in depth , clear and plain study of the scriptures. Just like Brother Fielder used to say “ you have to have a lot of help to miss the plain things in the Bible “ . GODS plan of salvation is so plainly taught. Very simple.

If you are faithful you will not loose your salvation at 4:01 made me stop the video and replay that statement over and over again. If I am not faithful I will loose my salvation which makes salvation a 1-1 proposition. Jesus does His part and I (hope) continue to do my part until my very last breath and I am saved. These folks stated at the end of the 1st episode they will go where the bible takes them so does the bible take them to "If you are faithful you will not loose your salvation?" This is so important to get right and if you do not it will impact not only your faith in this life but also how you study the entire Word of God. Salvation is always a gift and if there is added but only one tiny requirement after receiving it then it is no longer a gift it is earned (work). "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house (Acts 16:31)." Thank you for all the work you have put into these videos and for your humility in your response.

IF is a short but powerful word that spells out the absolute necessity of remaining faithful to the Lord and his gospel:
24 As for you, let what you have heard from the beginning [the gospel message] remain in you. IF it does, you will also remain in the Son and in the Father. 25 And THIS IS THE PROMISE that He Himself made to us: ETERNAL LIFE…
    (1 John 2:24-25)

Much of this is from my man
Dr. Leighton Flowers but also some of my thoughts. I am an apologist myself and love hearing the true word, you all are great! but here’s a good point.
“No man will stand before the Father and be able to give the excuse, “I was born unloved by my Creator (Jn. 3:16). I was born un-chosen and without the hope of salvation (Titus 2:11). I was born unable to see, hear or understand God’s revelation of Himself (Acts 28:27-28).” No! They will stand wholly and completely “without excuse” (Rm. 1:20), because God loved them (Jn. 3:16), called them to salvation (2 Cor. 5:20), revealed Himself to them (Titus 2:11), and provided the means by which their sins would be atoned (1 Jn. 2:2). No man has any excuse for unbelief (Rm. 1:20).
    Also just some terminology
Self-hardening: This is where a morally accountable person, who is able to refrain or not refrain from given moral actions (libertarianly free), grows stubborn or calloused in his own ways. People are not born already calloused, but if they continue to suppress the truth they eventually will be cut off and thus unable to see, hear, understand so as to turn (Acts 28:27-28).
Judicial-hardening: This is God’s active role in blinding an already rebellious person in their rebellion so as to prevent their repentance for a time. Once one is cut off in their rebellion God may use their bad behavior to bring about His plan. God’s motive is ALWAYS to accomplish a greater redemptive purpose through their rebellious actions (often including the potential redemption even of those being judicially blinded).
The Calvinist’s belief in God’s sovereign power does not lead to inactivity, but rather activity on a grand scale. And part of the reason for this is that a Calvinist believes that God not only ordains the end; but also the means. This means that all of Calvinism and the massive debating, controversy, church departures, etc… ALL OF IT is Gods way of providing His word and perfect plan. God is on the hook for every human evil doing. They will try and talk all around it but you can’t believe this unless it carry’s total depravity at the root.
You all are doing a fantastic job on this by the way! Keep this up. You all are true brothers in Christ preaching the word!

I have a hard time with the idea of predestination but also know God in his omnipotence made us as we are and knows us from beginning to end and still made us that way. Therefore, if we were made that way and he knew the actions we would take from birth to death then he made it to be so. I can't run from that no matter how much I wrestle with it. The truth is the world was made for God and God alone. We are a creation that God loves and values but still a creation for His purpose.

God said "if" to Israel and He says "if" to us.
Colossians 1:23 if indeed you remain in the faith, established and firm, without shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard. This gospel has also been preached in all creation under heaven, and I, Paul, have become its servant.

Faith and repentance are gifts given to us from God. Just because someone is called to do something doesn't mean they are able to. Yes God calls us all not to sin. But are you able to never sin?

Around the 36 minute mark Mr White says that Perseverance of the Saints doesn’t discount His elect submitting to God’s will,…. Question; what are they submitting and why? Also what is the alternative, are the consequences for these decisions and doesn’t this whole concept begin to unravel their ideas on salvation? If you only accept that the Bible, originally a bunch of individual scroll, is in fact a divinely inspired, human written unified story that leads all mankind to Jesus Christ, then you’ll see clearly that Reform Theology can’t be in agreement and must not be held as God’s Word. And of course it was written by men, if God is going to communicate with mankind it would make sense to use men who are divinely inspired.

I don't understand White's point he says you string verses together from different books...
is that because he wants to frame scripture or prepare you to take it a different way?
Seems like from debates they love to muddy the waters, so you forget even the purpose of first going to a chapter by over explaining or trying to find a reason it doesn't apply to everyone...
    1st book
"But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”" Matthew 12:36-37
    2nd book
But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written:
“As I live, says the Lord,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.”
So then each of us shall give account of himself to God." Romans 14:10-12
    3rd book
"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." 2 Corinthians 5:10
    4th book
"And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works." Revelation 20:12-13
    5th book
"They will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead." 1 Peter 4:5
They are teaching the same idea we will stand before Jesus on judgement day and give account of our words and our actions from the earth in the body...
Scripture harmonizes that's how you understand the bible you don't go to outside text, church fathers, or theologians from the 16th century to explain to you some wacky version of the doctrine
people don't listen to that garbage when Jesus said in Matthew 7
"Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven."
It's possible that it is doctrine and one different from the bible the guy claims to work for Jesus and performed miracles Jesus wanted us to know this to say not every doctrine saves but will of the Father which is only scriptures not man's version

In Ephesians 1:4 He chose us in him , means we have to be in Christ , we should be holy and without blame before in love. Those people to be saved in the end are people living the christian life.

If we are all totally depraved, from birth and Calvinists agree with the bible when it says we must be baptized for remission of sins and a child dies, they go to eternal torment. No wiggling out of that. The convenient verse they use to avoid saying that we can fall from grace is "They were with us, but not OF us" in First John 2:19. This does not address the other verses that speak of those who are fallen away. 2nd Peter 2:21 speaks of those who were saved and then FELL AWAY. So it was only for those mentioned in the verse? No. I love John McArthur and R.C. Sproul. Great teachers, but they err with this doctrine. What a force their progeny (Voddie Baucham) would be if he eliminated this error.

About 52:54 Mr. White after Aaron and Co. already explained the God centered focus of the Lord's church, goes on to distract again by saying they are focusing on man. No, we as the Lord's church EXPLAIN the relationship. That does not mean its man centered. Reformed Theology was born with Luther who was a Catholic and Calvin rode on his shoulders. We are talking the 1500's when the RC church had already promulgated so much error. TULIP cannot stand with the massive amounts of scripture that contradict it within context too. I love our RT brothers and sisters and believe they are great, but the contextual error, LUTHER/CALVIN focused precepts point their own fingers back on them as "Reformer focused" and not original Greek/Aramaic text focused or we should say "Inspired Text" focused which is GOD FOCUSED.
