during my BMT, if platoon sergeant not happy with someone's cupboard layout during standby bed, he will throw everything out of the cupboard

My 3-month BMT in 1979 got an Extra Drill for the whole battalion conducted at night for unsatisfactory cleanliness everywhere. Stunning experience!
during my time, the dirtiest toilet are the one that the sgt are using
Wow holiday camp? Can walk when your sgt call u? And the sgt so nice, show u how to clean? And best part is. All stand around and not doing push-ups hahaha. So good life

Times are different my friend...our time boots need polish until can see the face if not cannot sleep.. m16 must be carbon free which is impossible.. else SOL... Mas selemat escape, everynight guard duty at ponggol end... thats our story..

Honestly for SBA if they want you to pass you pass if they want you to fail you fail. Aftera while my plt learnt this trick and that we were gonna get fucked w pt no matter what so we just slept instead.

during my time you are only allowed to touch your bed when you are allowed sleeping.
This is Very Good for the Youth, this is even Career Wise. If only I am a Singaporean I would even enroll my son for this. If they had camp for girls I would enroll my daughters too...👍👍👍

Last time one speck of dust found = delay book out by 1 hour man.. and also. Blasting music and having fun with each other?? This one BMT or summer vacation O.O????

@@lightspeeder it still is, im from mono-guards and the encik will kick the trashbin and tell us to face the floor if we didn't empty the trashbin. But overall it's still alright if we keep it clean and they have nothing to shout at us

When I was a scout in sec school the standard was much harder than this! I remember camps had tekan session starting with layout inspection, almost spent easily 30mins to an hour due to multiple times. My seniors kept pumping and punishing for the slightest issue yet claiming our time is strawberry while their time was many times tougher. When my batch become seniors, we were not allowed to punish anymore due to some MOE law. Guess army isn’t as hard as what ppl said now due to welfare and concerns
