When I loaded a template (tried a few times, "restaurant template" didn't load, and then there were block errors throughout the page and no images. I haven't been able to figure out what's going on. Scratching my head over here...

If everyone will use the same text the SEO ranking will go way way low for all of them because it's copied content. Bad practice.
True. But this is different: the static library uses placeholder text so you have to change it by your own text. As for the AI assistant, it creates text based on your prompt. It's a solid foundation to get started and of course you should enhance it when it comes to SEO. You just don't have to start from scratch.
