Types of Batteries Complete Knowledge

Battery converts chemical energy to electrical energy. It is a combination of two one or more cells. The chemical reaction inside the cell generates the flow of electrons within the circuit. That creates the voltage.
Primary Batteries
Can be used only once.
Cannot be recharged and Reused
Electrochemical reaction cannot be reversed

4. Zinc Silver Oxide Primary Battery Cell
5. Zinc Air Cell - Primary battery
Secondary Batteries
Can be recharged and can be reused.
Electrochemical reaction can be reversed
Cost of secondary battery is high,
The Secondary batteries have a huge life span if they charged properly
1. Lead-Acid Secondary Batteries
2. Ni-Cd Secondary Batteries
3. Nickel - Metal Hydride batteries
4. Lithium Ion (Li-ion) batteries
