If you look at 9:20 their seems to be a face of a child, maybe a girl, peering round the red shelf/container just to the left of the yellow subtitles. I must have seen over a dozen of Nuke's Top 5 videos here on TH-cam. Most of these have similar scenes -
1.) When the camera is panning forth and then pans back, you can see a glimpse of someone or some figure or shadow-like thing that immediately disappears.
2.) Strange sound of footsteps or voices are heard in background of an old building, house or cemetery freaking the investigators.
3.) An unexplained hand or foot is seen creeping toward the cameraman while he is completely unaware of it, but doesn't touches nor attacks him later.
4.) No spirits, shadows nor so-called demon attacks anyone seriously hurting them, just some strange unexplained scratches or slight bruises on skin is shown.
5.) Most of the times, when a ghost "investigators" team is in a haunted place, they immediately loose their crap and either start screaming like little girls and make a dash for it as soon as they hear the first sound of bump or see a shadow.
6.) Finally, not a single ghost, entity, shadow, demon, witch has ever attacked anyone to do a serious body harm.

Former worker at Asylum 49 here! There's a Ghost Adventurer's episode based on the place that gets a good scoop of what's going on there. But from an inside prospective (before they did hands-on / touching) it is most definitely haunted. While getting ready for the night and putting on make up / costume pieces if you had to go to the bathroom down the hall they made you take a partner. Usually people went in small groups but you had to wait for them to come out of the bathroom before you went in. This is because workers would go missing when they went on solo adventures to there and people would be found in cup boards or cabinets with no idea how they even got there. The Man in Black wasn't the only one but he did happen to be the most bold. Wheelchair props would move on their own, statue hands and moveable parts would change, things would get moved, it was all sorts of crazy. As a haunted house attraction, though, it fit and it makes it great when people would scream in an area with no actors in them.

It almost looks like an reflection effect a ceiling fan would make.. but there is no ceiling fan lol.
