That so called creature has been used before. There is a video from spain/south America where a guy is coming down some attic ladders, he gives the camera to his overly frightened wife who happens to catch the same mask peeking through the attic hatch. Ive noticed this too in nearly 100s of PARANORMAL VIDEOS from all across the world...all seem to follow a common behavioural pattern.
They want to know where the humans are so that they can avoid them. They can feel the energy but I don't think they can see the humans. Why they want to avoid being seen by humans, is the question.
I was wondering this too and I’ve read somewhere that they can peek behind corner of objects like cabinets and walls because in the dimensional plane that they exist, corner objects act like portals to the 3D world.
