He is one of young Mongolians who can speak and understand English pretty good. Nowadays, in Mongolia as well as other countries in the world young people can pick up English language easier due to internet access. He probably said he didn’t speak English as he wasn’t fluent. He just has such a good listening skills and music talent which make English pronunciation sound very clear. In overall, Mongolians’ pronunciation of English and other languages is pretty clear, I think, it’s based on our Mongolian language.
He sings like a down-home country boy from the US. His back up band is right on too.

Learning young and picking up the southern accent just by listening to the person singing is a natural talent. He grew up liking to sing those type of songs and it becomes his own. I am reminded of the “Journey” singer -ARNEL PINEDA - This Filipino man whose singing voice sounded like Steve Perry of the original Journey singer. It’s a Gift!
