- Zlata Ognevich represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 with the song Gravity. She was joined by Igor Vovkovinskiy, known for being the tallest man of the United States Of America. Igor died in 2021 aged 38.
On behalf of the entire Eurovision community, we would like to express our deepest condolences to Igor's family and friends.

I initially wondered why this was posted at a seemingly random time. I later realized that the guy that was carrying her in the beginning just passed away. My deepest condolences 🙏❤️❤️

This was the first song that really made me realize how amazing Eurovision is. 2013 being the first edition I fully watched, Ukraine immediately enchanted me. Rest in peace to Igor, he was an integral part of this amazing performance.

@@MiudmonDice Curiously, this song is my guilty pleasure, because this song is totally atypical compared to Ukrainian modern music and Gaitana doesn't match the stereotype of the Ukrainian woman at all, probably coming from the Congolese origin of her father. 'Be my guest' was one of the anthems played during the European Football Cup in 2012. And indeed it really sounds like a stadium anthem.

Ukraine has always been one of my favourite countries. Their songs are stunningly beautiful (talking about 2003, 2005 and 2017 too).

Zlata absolutely slayed this performance! She lived the song, every drum beat, every second.
This was when I was 9 meaning this performance was a massive part of my childhood and it's the last song (well hopefully not the last song) written by Karen Kavaleryan who is an amazing Eurovision lyricist. I also just noticed the screen shaking when Igor was walking to put her down. Rest in Peace Igor. Thank you for the memories.
