Everything about this video is joyful and inspiring and delightful to watch and learn from. Once again, you've brought people from many countries together to practice and share their thoughts and art with us all... this is a great thing you're doing Albert. Wonderful video!! Thank you!!
Such a fun challenge that. Yayoi holds a fond place in my heart for a long time . I’ve been lucky enough to visit the exhibition at the London Tate where she is currently showing . This challenge cemented my understanding of her work . Thanks Albert !!!
Thanks, TJ, for participating. It is the same for me, I didn't get to see her art recently, but by diving into her world, understanding emerges. And, of course, it's aldo just fun to paint polka dots! Albert
What an inspiring video! THANK YOU! I have been unapologetically drawn to painting dots for years now. During low times in my life, I laughingly say I "dot to keep from crying." It's amazingly effective at keeping me creating even when I am struggling to be/feel creative or positive or hopeful. I particularly like creating dotted rocks, which I leave out in the world as "abandoned art."😊
Thanks, Eileen, for sharing your story. I totally agree with keeping your sanity through painting. Bin there, done that. Thanks for 'abandoning' your dotted rocks. I love to see art Ike that somewhere. I always say 'hi', smile, and leave it for the next one. A simple dot can work miracles. Albert
Fun exercise to do do do, and think about, and it was fun seeing what others could come up with to try. Something like this could be done so many different ways. Thanks Albert.
Thanks, Culture Fan, it was indeed fun. And you're right. When done again, everyone would make something different. It's endless in possibilities. Thanks for participating. Albert
