Since major labels are not the best deal. What are your thoughts on starting indie labels. While it may seem the best route is to sign yourself, but we know some artist don’t have good business acumen.

I see why a lot of inde artists stay independent because labels are not like back in the 80s and 90s when they pay and promote you to the masses. With social media being the main platform for so many things. You could now put out videos and with consistency u can go viral and get calls and offers from all over.. If you're smart you'll always be good. I'm working on it😂
I want to win the game so I will play it but I have a hard time looking at the content creators to model them because content creators dont have impactful legacies. they just fill the slot for someone's entertainment. my whole life's mission is to go into the history books. I want my own page. I don't want to be the guy who made some cool stuff back in that year, I need to be great. Because nobody does it almost makes it feel like nobody can.
I like this new game where the artist become more business oriented and need only 4 people to work with the challenge is to find those people. Manager from what I have read etc do not work with artists who do not make money or/and have a serious fanbase what will be your advises to find those people ? Social media manager you can pay them even a monthly basis fee for them to manage your social media and you as artist can provide them contents and even decide what contents put out etc..
