An excellent kata demonstration
Great performance
Sandy is the best! But is good!
That was awesome. My Sensei is (slowly) trying to teach me this kata over Zoom, and it's not going very well.

@@AlessandroTimmi Hopefully. But, since we're doing it over Zoom because of the pandemic, AND I'm only in green belt.....it's definitely a process.

It's actually the easiest of the sentei kata, although it's the longest. It's essentially the five Heians and Tekki Shodan all rolled into one.
@@danielreid3476 long mostly means hard cause its not easy to do this strongly and fast all the way, if we talk about technics even taikioku shodan is tough cause probably both of us cant do perfect zenkutsu dachi gedan barai

Looking for the starting point near the referree
Just looks like… nothing. That do the moves mean? If the moves have a meaning, it’s hard to derive them from the pauses and rhythm of the performance.
