My only concern about WFH is references as I work corporate. 2024 I’m determined to take that leap, and WFH. No more insecure co-workers, & jealous managers/supervisors due to my skills and talents.😅

I don't fit into any groups at work. I even got bullied by my subordinate, as soon as I put a stop to it she shunned me as if I mind lol. She is doing me a favour by not speaking to me. ❤

Back in the day when i was less aware i got bullied like crazy at every job i went to. One job in particular the bullying was horrible.. They want to engage in small talk at my job ahd thats just not me. Its annoying. After the initial shock wore off, I felt so much lighter! It was said I used physical violence! Not true, I would never touch anyone out of anger. I laughed it off. Months later I was asked if I wanted to comeback! IF I APOLOGIZED FOR MY ACTIONS. Nope. Not going to do it. Then over a year later they tried again. Nope, not going to do it. Wow same. They lied on me at my current job. I currently work at a gas station... I remember when I worked at a daycare some years back and that was soul crushing for me... I was in my early twenties all the women I worked with were and boy did they bully the hell out of me. I walked out of the job in the middle of the day. It felt like a weight was lifted. I feel like this describes my situation exactly. I go into the day with the goal to Love and grow and I do but I still finish the day at work in pain and upset.

I am 71 now and so glad I dont have to deal with demons in the workplace anymore. However, all those of us who belong to Jesus will be under attack in this world; therefore we must put on our armor, the Word of God. "For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12).

Thank you for this video. I not only experienced bullying on the job but the same thing in my family and in school. The good thing is that I know what my main calling is on this plane. I write beautiful, soulful music that you just don't hear much of these days. The music is not only inspiring but there are a number of songs that get into the sad and difficult areas in life that most people don't even talk about amongst themselves. I'm not sure how this will all manifest but I trust every step of the way. It's exciting!

Because I wanted nothing to do with people at my job I switched to an at home position. I still feel the energy of some these people virtually. Thank God for having spiritually enlightening me b/c I get to see exactly why such people give me such energy. In always uplift the women in my life but they can never seem to reciprocate or Respect that. So I pulled my energy all the way back. If someone is trying to make you small it's because you're larger than life. ♥️. I am so happy to be by myself no drama just me andy kitty's.

you are spot on. I have this hate problem at work and bully problem. I cart get a job, I don't fit in. I fall out with people all the time. yes struggle everywhere where I go. making money online is the only option and I cart do that. passionate about leaving the matrix for good. getting money is the problem. its worst when you find another job having to go all through that again, and so much red tape now. with all the crap going on in the world what's the point getting a job I think. will have to start a you tube channel see if my tribe is out there.

I'm going through this now and looking to leave because it's draining. One particular girl in the team is spiteful and pits others against me. I've been there 1.5 yrs and still she won't talk to me even though I've tried. My manager does nothing about it and shows the same behaviour so guess it's learned. I don't know why she hates me as we don't interact- i cant as she literally ignores me. A guy in the team left a few months ago because it was toxic. It was hell for him.
I have experienced this a lot. Once i know at the interviews that my boss/manager would be female, i always would be in trouble and be hated later on. Many female coworkers dislike me. Thank God this never applies to male bosses/coworkers. Otherwise, i would be in hell. However, i am nice and professional to all of them, but females always target me for no reason. 😅😢

I run my own magic mushrooms business which helps individuals experiencing all these things you speak of.

you are spot on. I have this hate problem at work and bully problem. I cart get a job, I don't fit in. I fall out with people all the time. yes struggle everywhere where I go. making money online is the only option and I cart do that. passionate about leaving the matrix for good. getting money is the problem. its worst when you find another job having to go all through that again, and so much red tape now. with all the crap going on in the world what's the point getting a job I think. will have to start a you tube channel see if my tribe is out there.

I'm going through this now and looking to leave because it's draining. One particular girl in the team is spiteful and pits others against me. I've been there 1.5 yrs and still she won't talk to me even though I've tried. My manager does nothing about it and shows the same behaviour so guess it's learned. I don't know why she hates me as we don't interact- i cant as she literally ignores me. A guy in the team left a few months ago because it was toxic. It was hell for him.

I have experienced this a lot. Once i know at the interviews that my boss/manager would be female, i always would be in trouble and be hated later on. Many female coworkers dislike me. Thank God this never applies to male bosses/coworkers. Otherwise, i would be in hell. However, i am nice and professional to all of them, but females always target me for no reason. 😅😢

Join the club ; Im perpetually interacted with ( Haters ) at work!?! ) Last weekend - I was asked by " female colleague '' why I didn't ( wish happy Bday) to another - female colleague , I gave no answer!!..as I consider the ( Bday person ) one of my many haters!!..it also highlighted ( how entitled ) some colleagues think they are !?!... where if their Bday is not acknowledged, then they ( spread the word ) to other haters - so that the ( hated colleague ) is viewed as ( mean and dispassioned !?! ) I simply isolated myself even more - from the haters.
I feel this way... How do I break free and follow my dreams again 🙏
