Beautiful tulip. I loved watching how it all came together. You make it look so easy. I either pick up too much water or too heavy on the paint. So itvwas nice seeing the way you do it. Very nice, indeed.

If you wish to avoid drawing you can trace the outline of a photo onto tracing paper and then transfer it to your watercolor paper.. or use a lightpad or sunny window. You can also print directly onto watercolor paper if you have the right printer or take it to a print shop to have it done for you. You need either a laser printer or a pigment based inkjet with a back side paper feed. I can't draw worth a darn but I've been painting for 30 years.. don't let it hold you back.
