Hey man listen, you don’t know me and neither do I know you. But you seem to have a good heart. You are having a big impact on my life.
Well thanks man. I really appreciate your kind words
Yogoman you are the best bro all the videos on ice it's so amazing man I really love u. Alot all your videos inspired me so badd now I'm getting there appreciate it love bro
He's also good too look at
@@DeanMoxley87 so is your mom
So how on earth did they make igloos before the days of chainsaws
Bro the northern lights with the fire inside the igloo was so sweet.
15:30 "It's not as warm as I thought it was gonna get" - probably because you used ice! Inuit use compacted snow which holds a lot of air bubbles and thus is a great insulator. Ice is just *cold*. Still, it looks amazing and no doubt you learnt something. Nice work.
Ya know it's cold outside; when you go outside and it's cold!!! My first thought as well, I am thinking snow is a good insulator ,but ICE not so much. I am thinking why is he using ice???Great ice box, nice evening light show though.
@@WhynottBelieve, ice can be an insulator. You can see a part of ice block is opaque. That part contains air bubbles as well. You only need to place every block opaque part inside. It will not insulate as good as snow, but it will be good anyway.
The amount of time and effort that goes into making a video like this is ridiculous! Best content I've seen all week, thanks for the inspiration!
Those final shots honestly brought a smile to my face. You are living an amazing life brother, enjoy it.
Absolutely mind-blowing! Building an ice igloo with a wood stove at -30°F over 11 days is a true testament to your dedication and craftsmanship. Watching the igloo take shape, layer by layer, was both mesmerizing and awe-inspiring. And the addition of a wood stove inside for warmth and comfort in such extreme temperatures is genius. Your ingenuity and resilience in the face of such harsh conditions are truly remarkable. Thanks for sharing this epic winter adventure with us!
I want my days to be filled with doing things like this, I am so sick of life here working like this, I want this life and to learn how to do this. Haha
Inspiring!!!
This fire pit is one of a few covered pits that is on the list th-cam.com/users/postUgkxAU9pOCSV9Y5JprooHvfxTpOrt4hx8uRM of approved products for Disney Fort Wilderness. The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.
Ian, you truly never cease to impress me. Seems like you’re always chasing some crazy new ambition, and I’m just happy that you’re taking us along for the ride. This video is truly incredible, almost hypnotic at points.
Lift with your back, not your legs. Don’t want to hurt your knees.
Love it
this joke flew over EVERYONES head
true, popping a disk is always better than popping a knee
You’re an inspiration Yogoman. Thank you for sharing this amazing experience with us.
Nothing but good vibes as usual, much love from Canada!
Thank you so much. Nice ending too ! First igloo build I've ever seen being from California and not seeing any videos of it... UNTIL NOW ! You two are the greatest ! Make more ! Yes both !
Great video to fall asleep to with the soothing music and the satisfying process of building that ice igloo! Perfect timing for upload since it's 11 pm in Denmark ;)
Those northern lights and Igloo fire light, looks so dope 🔥
I was just thinking this morning: I wonder what my Alaskan fellow is up to? He hasn't posted in a minute. Good timing, and great video!

Beautiful!
Omg this was amazing and the northern lights was a added bonus 😍 ✨️
I love the video man. It's surprisingly peaceful, I didn't expect that building an igloo with a chainsaw could be this peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful video.
Good to see you still out there creating in more ways than one. I was a bit on edge throughout the vid as I was concerned about the integrity of the ice. I dig your audacity.
Haha thank you!
Great video, your dedication and drive was really on display!
The image of the flowing igloo and northern lights at the end is absolutely gorgeous. Frame it.
Looked in one breath. Many thanks!

That time lapse at the end is incredible!

Having lived in Anchorage for a couple years I always thought you Fairbanks folks were nuts, now I'm certain of it. Amazing job and those northern lights were outstanding!
So beautiful. I always wondered what a clear ice igloo would look like. Great job!!

We went to this today and it is incredible! Your hard work was so appreciated. My kids loved it!

Quite possibly the most enjoyable video on TH-cam! I was almost in a trance watching it, the sound quality and picture quality were the best I have ever seen.🤯
That is nuts!
The Aurora timelapse was amazing ❤🎉
My daughter, SIL and grandson played in the igloo a few days ago! The pics are adorable!
Wauv! Spectacular!
Deeply inspiring!
That looks awesome at night time with the northern lights in the background and the illumination from the igloo. I would definitely be humbled to have this as a shelter on a -40c snow blizzard . It’s just amazing the same thing that can kill you with its chill 🥶 can also save your life and give you 🥵 heat
U sir deserve more than the one thumbs up I can give u
That ending was amazing, pure quality video!
Winter is easily my favorite season. Looks like it’s yours too
now i know why they use snow not giant blocks of ice.
I just found you.. I going bing watch tonight before sleep…keeps me at peace watching these video’s.. funny how much peace the calm can bring.. when all you do is work.. I need a day off in nature … but we didn’t have snow this year and I know I lost my mind when I said I miss it so much… must be getting soft in my old age..
Good stuff!
Wow! I didn’t realize what it took to build an igloo. Much respect to you! You did an AWESOME job 👍🏽😊
Remember kids - lift with your legs not your back because once your backs injured it’ll never be the same
I have made few of those and used as a sauna. Coldest weather was -43C. It'll heat up, but need serious power. I use sauna stove and lots of dry wood. It can get around 60C at upper part but feet are still cold. Also it'll get filled with mist and cold water droplets are dripping from the roof.
Nice experience, especially with a hole where you can swim
You spend so much time on your videos it’s just amazing to look up to you👋🏽👍🏽
class. well done.
Amazing 😍😍😍😍
Amazing job mate
Wow. Amazing, I love the whole process and hard work to create the igloo, and your footage with northen lights are just stunning.
Greeting from France.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed
This was sickkkk
Great job ❤💐💐
Peace and love 🙏
Great job.. the ending shot.. worth it
Nice.
Dude, this is really cool man, i used to love building giant snow forts when i was a kid, ive always wanted to build an actual igloo but i live in Central Pennsylvania and we dont get enough consistent cold weather to develop thick enough ice, lol, we barely get any snow anymore so even snow forts have become a thing of the past. The part with the northern lights and the igloo lit up on the inside was freaking awesome.
thanks for letting us see alaska.
You did a great job and it turned out really cool. Thanks for posting.
beautiful
Thank you very much for sharing this I learned alot !
Bien ahi amigo sos un crack
Always lift with your back as it’s easily the most resilient and least problematic part of your body. Good tips #legend #TheMoreYouKnow
