Bedford fought dirty the whole fight. And his movement was very awkward, as if he was CTE or just loss of range of motion. Glad the judges seen how Dat had to deal with Bedford fighting like a jerkoff half the fight. Going in with this head, the push down, the lock up, head locks, Good Job that last minute Dat!
was simply outmatched and he is used to grappling exchanges. got rocked multiple times and went on with autopilot.
this match looked balanced, but in truth nguyen really hit him with brutal counters, despite remaining there bedford was hurt multiple times, he is just so tough that its hard to see the state that he is in. probably hands also got smashed, but i dont know for sure
Big John never calls any of bedfords headbutts, obvious chokes, purposely trips dat in a clinch (takedown), and you can see at 5:08 he tries to poke Dats eye.

Bedford purposely trips him so he can fall on Dat and at 5:08 purposely tries to poke Dats eye. You can see how he tries to slide up and poke his eye. Dan is completely blind to Bedford but calls Dat on everything
Dan Blobliotta is one of the worst refs in MMA too, how is this guy doing anything related to fighting lol

The numbers at the end of this fight were completely made up. Dat hit him with more than 5 body shots. The BKFC still has a lot of clown-shoes moments. Not to mention the amount of times Bedford had his arms around Dat's neck chocking him, but the time Dat does it back little Dan acts like its a problem. Why is it cool for 1 guy and not the other? Until you get a real ref this company will continue to be a side show.
Funny this is that every now and then they have real refs like big Dan and that's when it's really noticeable just how bad some of the other refs are

@@dickmonddickelheimer9452 Big Dan is a horrible ref. His nickname is Dan "If he dies, he dies" Miragliotta. For a particularly egregious example look up Kubrat Pulev vs Frank Mir in Triad Combat. Pulev had far, far more concern for Mir's health than Big Dan did. He should never be allowed near a combat sports event again. He is absolutely, positively going to get someone killed in one sport or another if he hasn't already.

I agree and the fact that Dan is such a horrible ref is why he's not in the UFC anymore.
At one point in the fight, I saw Bedford had his hand around Nguyens throat. When the ref broke them up he told Nguyen not to grab Bedfords throat. He never said anything about Bedford putting Nguyen in a guillotine like choke. The ref is terrible.

I believe everyone felt happy for Dat Nguyen. This was a hard fight for him, having to go against this dirty fighter Johnny Bedford and biased or blind referee Dan Bergliata. He prevailed against two opponents in one fight.
Dat man was too much for the both of them. Even MMA fans know Dan sucks as a ref, he should be working the fryer at a Chik-fil-A.

Great Fight and I thought it was the right decision. I feel the optics looked bad for Bedford because he started the fight aggressively, got clipped and then just tried to counter for the next 4 rounds.

@@tfunknationtown Nah, Bedford only landed a couple clean shots throughout the fight. They were good when they landed but not enough. Most of his damage came from baby punches in his headlock maneuver or after the bell. Dat landed a lot more and had Bedford dizzy at the end. It was good action when these guys were throwing at each other from distance though, I definitely agree there.
@paulohaulo I think the right guy got his hand raised, but it wasn't so much of a blow out that I wouldn't watch them run it back.

I think Nguyen was winning thru 4.. I don’t know how they said it was even.. Bedford already was running from standing and banging to holding up against the ropes and all the typical signs. 🤷🏻♂️ but what do I know.. I’m just a fan
It was a biased commentary and biased ref. Bedford's noggin was scrambled by the end. You could tell by how he was swaying back and forth in the last round while Dat was standing as normal as in the first round. Bedford was completely overmatched and got desperate with all his dirty holds. Glad the judges could see things clearer than all the other blind mice working this fight.
