I love the IGS620 but I hope the accuracy of showing and refreshing the navigation while cycling will improve. If you have a lot of changes in direction it is sometimes hard to see when to turn left or right. It looks like waypoints are skipped while uploaded. In the file on the laptop the route is detailed but when you look at the navigation while cycling it cuts corners quite some time. And I already passed a crossing while the device says turn left in 60 meters or so. Maybe I'm using the wrong files but I tried quite some different route editors.

Is "navigation" just follow/show an uploaded track (GPX) or is it calculating a route for example if you have to deviate from the planned track/route?

I have visible map only without choosing navigation.when i start navigation, i only see route without map
Once you have planned a route, do you need to have the mobile phone connected vie Bluetooth.
If necessary, the iGPSPORT APP needs to be sent to the computer via Bluetooth.
Just received my IGS 620, feeling excited about trying the navigation and doesn't work!!
Have upgraded app to v 1.42 and while tapping map button a message pops up saying a new version will be coming soon.

Plus, weather doesn't work, I did all what's written about reinstalling app, restarting phone, etc!

When will be available the option of send a gpx file from the mobile phone, instead of connecting the device to a computer, in order to copy the gpx file?
If the device can download entire maps via wifi, and you can send your .fit routes from your smartphone, why a gpx can't be handled in the same way???
Now I have fixed this problem, please try to update the APP.

Hi, when you're already recording your ride, can you plan new route in the app, export it to device and keep recording your ride?
iGS620 can not do well, need to restart the recording.
Can you use this decive for Hiking? Does ot have a hiking profile?
Hello, iGS620 is usually used on bicycles, we do not recommend using it on hiking.

I bought the new 620, it was not connected to the wi-fi network. Has anyone had such a problem?
Yes, but there's a setting on the app to connect the unit to your wifi. Go to the app settings and look for wifi. Set it up normally. Once your unit is connected, You should be able to update the firmware, or download maps and such.
It is more stable to use the mobile phone wifi hotspot to connect.

I am using an application in Russian. I cannot download maps, so navigation is not possible. When will this be fixed? Judging by the comments, this is not only my problem.

Hello, you can download the GPX file, sync it to iGPSPORT APP and import it to iGS620 via Bluetooth for navigation.

Helo, previously i do my last activity the igsport 620s doesn't want to connectwhen i want to upload my data. So, i delete it. Now, when i want to download again, it said must clear the binding first. So, how can i deleted the binding?
Please unbind the iGS620 in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone.

Please make sure the network is usually tested again, or turn on the mobile wifi hotspot to download.

Ok, I found out that I need to disconnect the phone first, but WHY?
@@PAtrickGold I am facing the same problem, but mine didn't work even disconnecting the phone, I disconnected bluetooth, wi-fi, app from the gps, and still not working, and also, it started after update the firmware to 1.40

@@canaldowil327 Yes, I found that out too, but then the weather app, memory (and message?) is unavailable.
So you cant use them at the same time. -\_ö_/-
@@PAtrickGold yes, same here... but I found out if the bluetooth is turned off it works fine, but this approach goes against the purpose of this GPS, I've bougth it because of the connectivity with the cell phone! Let's see it will be fixed in next updates! Good luck man!

The app SUCKS. I can't download maps because it says "Not compatible with this device"
And I can't navigate.

@@iGPSPORT i have the same problem, I loaded a route to the GPS from the app on the phone and when a try to navigate the route it does not show the map at all, I'm only able to see the map when I just cycle freely without following a route.

If you buy in Simplified Chinese, it can only be sold in China. If English is required, it can be purchased outside of China.
