The BMW R nine T, is one of the best retro roadster motorcycles on the market.
And now they launched a new version.
The BMW R nine T Pure.
The Cafe Racer project on this video, was built by Eak K-Speed Customs, in Thailand.
He built one of the best and simplest R Nine-T Cafe Racer I've seen lately.

Um perfeito exemplo de que "menos é mais". Simplesmente maravilhoso o projeto.
As you know, I have become a fan of the boxer twin. I have always admired the longevity and durability of the BMW. But, never viewed the boxer as a performance oriented motorcycle. However, your presentations of these beautiful machines have won me over. And, once again, this a very simple, but effective set of changes that create a unique, genuine Café Racer. One has to admire the work of this craftsman. And, as always, thank you for Racer TV, the Café Racers only choice! Ride safe my friend and enjoy your beautiful machine.

I'm really enjoying the addition of the sound of each project that you review- it is the voice or the soul of the cafe racer. I particularly enjoy hearing differences between different cafe racers and if i'm not mistaken your project even sounds better than this one. Eak K-Speed does a remarkable job with this newer machines- Thank you as always.

I own a modified R9T Pure. Imported German fairing, lowered bars but not too low, small indicators, bar end mirrors, special paint job, new tan coloured seat, etc. Now the bikes featured in your video are inspirational and have given me some new ideas too. Thank you for this - I love your channel!

I have an R9T, best bike I have ever owned, but damn the one in the video sounds amazing!
That is the proper exhaust for that bike. The original design isn’t bad but the two underslung grenade exhaust take the look of that bike to a new level.

As I´ve pointed out numerous times before, I am absolutely NOT into BMW. BUT, as I can clearly see, it´s the factory ones I do not really like. Once more it´s been proved, that those bikes are an excellent choice for a superb customization. PLUS, saving the money by buying the "Pure" version, most of the small but breathtaking changes to the bike might just fit in to the budget of the additional price of the "Standard" factory R9T. Very nice work, as always. Just loving it....

Thank you Racer TV a great project i think the Pure version works better for a build and it had to be K-SPEED i love there work always good attention to detail and i was amazed by how good it sounds i almost missed the fact that they have given the tank a distressed look very cool :-)

É curioso como em cada época da vida temos uma visão diferente do mundo: Se eu tivesse visto esse vídeo a 3 anos atrás, não teria dado muita bola p/ ele já que a moto, apesar de linda, não se sobressai drasticamente de outros grandes projetos pelo mundo. O que me impressionava na época era sempre o maior, o mais caro, mais complexo, o máximo no que quer que seja.
Acredito que o principal ponto de virada na forma como vejo as café racers foi o vídeo da Virago XV 920 da Infelix Custons, onde com uma moto relativamente acessível e poucas e inteligentes mudanças, se obteve um resultado impressionante. Pelo menos p/ o meu gosto aquela moto é um convite à se mexer.. o balde de água veio quando vimos que ela não foi lançada no Brasil.
Ainda admiro super motos, mas acho que acordei, algo como deixar de sonhar com a modelo perfeita do cinema e começar a amar sua divertida e carinhosa namorada.. não tem comparação rs..
Eu digo isso porque, é a possibilidade real de finalmente conseguir realizar um grande projeto, que tem o poder de nos sacudir de verdade e, quase dois anos depois daquele vídeo, esse agora segue a mesma linha: ainda é uma moto cara p/ brasileiros mas penso que daqui alguns anos, uma usada será relativamente acessível, terá um fantástico visual e, de quebra, um motorzaço que dispensa comentários. É ou não é de se começar a sonhar? rs..

Engraçado. Eu próprio também não iria prestar muita atenção nesta moto se a tivesse visto à alguns anos atrás. Talvez seja também uma questão de experiência de vida. :) Você está completamente certo em relação à Virago XV 920 da Infelix Custons. É daqueles projectos que nos faz abrir os olhos para a simplicidade duma boa tranformação. Não desista do seu sonho. Costumo dizer sempre: "sonhe, e acontecerá." Resultou na perfeição comigo em relação à minha CX 650. :) Obrigado amigo Robinson por partilhar a sua opinião. :) Um abraço.
@@RACER_TV Sim Vitor, sua CX650 é o arquétipo da cafe racer por excelência, em minha opinião a simbiose dos projetos que vimos na web nos últimos anos. Sei que você precisa diversificar sempre mas continuarei acompanhando de perto as customizações geniais e "pé no chão" que você trazer.
E por falar nisso, absolutamente incríveis as irmãs carenadas dessa BMW: se você quiser trazê-las num futuro vídeo não irei achar ruim rs.. Abraço.

BMW R nineT! Uma moto belíssima! Dificil imaginar qur com pequenas modificações ela ficaria ainda mais bela, mais Racer.
Imagino cono será a nineT daqui a 30 anos. Uma raridade digna de colecionadores.
Por fim, também acho que o projeto merecia rodas raiafas.

Provavelmente irá ser uma maquina intemporal, tal como vemos hoje o novo "Mini" que foi lançado à uns 19 anos atrás, e que ainda é um carro perfeitamente actual, e sem qualquer vestigio de envelhecimento. :) Um abraço.

Uma grande máquina, tenho a versão de forquilha invertida para vender.
Menos de 5 mil km´s, sem um risco, tudo a 90% ou mais (pastilhas, oleos, pneus) a muito bom preço.
Com muita pena minha terá de marchar para antes do verão ver o que virá.

Eu tenho uma suzuki gt550 e aos poucos vou transformando ela em uma café recer, e vou te falar que provavelmente será a última moto modificada porque é muito complicado por ser caro modificar uma moto, mas como está ficando Boa continuo em Frente.

Hola. Estos proyectos quedan bien.......pero sin retrovisores, intermitentes, matricula, cola de escape, quitar el cuentarrevoluciones?....asi es mas facil hacer que quede un diseño limpio.
While I am not such a fan of the alloy wheels, these are definitely livable !
I am quite sure that we are dealing with street legal issues with the small rear fender,
( blacked out ) to take your eyes off of it of course !
But I could absolutely live without it !
It does take away from the look of the bike in my opinion !
Would love to be able to see a photoshopped image of this bike with wire spoke rims.
Definitely like the look of the turn-out mufflers !
If you know, can you please tell me what the brand of the mufflers are Victor ?

I am surprised that BMW doesn't sell the bike with inverted forks. It is a beautiful bike though!
HooptieDoodle, it’s to cut price, so less wealthy people can buy it. Maybe they should, or already have, add strictly the forks as an addition.
