As an organizer of For 'The Love Of Dance', we could not have been more honored that these talented ladies came to share kpop with people who are not familiar. Most have never seen kpop before, and that is the precisely what our show is all about! We invite many different style of dance to the show, and the audience and other groups get to see something new! (For example, this year, along with kpop, we invited groups who performed Urban Street Dance and Fusion Asian Dance.) These ladies of MKDC were STUNNING, and not only are they beautiful dancers, they were gracious, open and friendly, lovely inside and out. Smiling, I will say in dance studio culture in our area, we are trained not to vocalize during performances-it is considered to not be respectful of the dancers. It's opposite, I know!! MKDC is a class act, thank you so much for coming and sharing your talents! We can see why you have so many dedicated fans. MKDC, thanks again!

Now ladies I don’t know why this crowd was so 💀, but you guys killed it. This was the best dance cover in a school I’ve seen PERIODT. You were precise, in sync, served up on brand looks, lip synched the house down, AND managed to not slip on that bracelet that fell in the beginning that was giving me straight anxiety. for those who are asking for a reaction..the whole audience was listening attentively as a sign of respect this ain't a concert..they cheered for them in the end too so I think they enjoyed the performance quite well..psycho was a beautiful song to play you need to pay attention to the adlivs and vocals too..the dance was super !!! well done Aa

True but at comp (which is where they’re are now) you aren’t allowed to look at your phones. If the judges catch you, ur team can get points deducted. They do this because they want people to be respectful towards the people who are performing. And since the judges sit at the way top of the bleachers, they are able to see the whole crowd so no dancers risk going on their phones

유럽에서 케이팝이랑 그냥 팝송 댄스 공연했었는데 애들 우리나라처럼 막 소리지르고 같이 불러주고 호응하는게 아니구 팝송이든 뭐든 그냥 관람해요 ㅎㅎ 끝나고 나서는 막 진짜 좋았다고 칭찬해주고 아시아권친구들은 막 소리지르고 카와이!!!!막 해주는뎈ㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 문화차이에요 ㅎㅎ 저렇게 많은 사람들 앞에서 케이팝 췄다는게 대단해요ㅠㅠ

단지 커버댄스입니다. 외국에서 외국인들이 한국 음악과 댄스를 연습해서 저정도로 추는건 굉장히 잘한다고 할수 있죠(우리나라 아이돌 육성 지도 없이 ) 게다 관객들도 좋아하고 .. 이런 국위선양이 또 어딨습니까? 예쁘고 고맙네요
뭔가 모르게 마약 영상임...춤 실력도 진짜 탄탄하고 의상도 찰떡이고 관중들 반응 가지고 말많은데... 내가볼땐 당연히 생소한 노래니까 호응보단 경청하는거라 느껴지고 끝나자마자 박수치는거 봤을땐 충분히 좋아하는 모습으로 보여진다~

I absolutely LOVED this cover! my only thing while watching this was 'oh no they're losing them :(' which is horrible because why would you want to miss out on such a master piece? However, dance is all about keeping your audience entertained and enthralled. Psycho is a very hard song to keep people that aren't familiar with kpop entertained. You guys did a FANTASTIC job, I will forever praise you for it, but I do wish you chose a different song, especially when presenting it in a room full of other dancers. You guys have so much talent and can tell you'd be fantastic with other songs as well! I feel like good songs to start a crowd out on are the poppy songs with upbeat choreo. Still, you did wonderful, never doubt that!

가만보니 여기 동네가 백인들이 대다수인 동네같네요. 아직까지도 흑인. 아시안을 신기하게 쳐다보는 도시들이 많답니다..
거기에 팝도 아니고 kpop이란 것에 대해 잘모를 뿐더러 편견에 사로잡혀있지요.
하지만 요즘은 BTS 뿐만 아니라 kpop 아티스트들이 미주 공연을 많이 해서 인지도도 엄청 높아졌고 관심도 많답니다.
저 분위기에서 끝까지 열심히 공연해준 분들께 박수를 보내요^^
다들 거의 집중하시고 끝에 박수 쳐주시는데 .. 이 정도면 모르는 노래 듣는데 괜찮은 반응 아닌감
사람들이 잘못알고있는거같은게 애초에 유명한 팝송으로 춤 췄어도 저런 반응이였을듯 케이팝이라서가아니라ㅋㅋ
딱봐도 젊은 사람들만있는것도아니고 호응보다는 걍 집중해서 보는거아닌가 너무 열낼필요는없는듯

This was really awesome!! Lately, I've been into this song, AND I LOVE IT!! I noticed the crowd was really quiet, but maybe it's because they were just too focused on the performance..
고정 댓도 보면 알겠지만... 무대중에 시끄럽게 하는게 아닌 문화에요.. 콘서트가 아니니까 집중해서 보는것도 무대 마너중 하나죠

As a dancer who performs at a lot of local competitions like this....they aren't dead. This slower type of song,you wouldn't want to yelling and cheering. Usually unless its a big wow factor or a very hyped of performance (let's say they did Wonderland by Ateez) It would be more upbeat. Also if they don't know the meaning of the song(Because they are dancers,and dance parents/families/teachers) they will just think it's weird choreography. But literally......

theyre so brave dancing in front of them lots of locals, i mean i respect their confidence, if i were them i'd prolly lose my steps and flustered all the way cause i dont like how the crowd react like that, but its really refreshing to people who dance in school but still killing it, because some cover i've seen from their schools, they were all in shambles not in order and just dancing one beat slow and one beat faster but this i really appreciate it, good job ladies
I wish kpop was normalized in America. This song deserves a louder crowd.
