I wonder why you didn't make a long sheet and cut with round shapes? even putting the sheets on top of each other to save time. does this taste better?
Can I ask which settings you used? I got a Marcato that goes from 1 - 9 I believe. I am not sure what setting you use there. Thanks for sharing the video though!
I find it much faster to roll out a sheet with the pasta machine and cut circles out.
so what is the recipie and the measurments? what bumber do you start on and end on?
