How to Make Dumpling Wrappers with Bread Maker and Pasta Machine - JJK's Way

I use Panasonic Bread Machine SD-YD25 to make dough and MARCATO Atlas 150 Pasta Machine to make sheets of dough. Then use 3-inch cookie cutter to cut in dough to make dumpling wrappers. Makes about 48 wrappers.

Have you tried just using the pizza cycle for making dough? That way you don't have to remember to remove before the baking cycle starts.
