I hope my frames are not twisted. I notice on both bikes the rear end Sissy Bar area that it's skewed or tweaked about a quarter of an inch at the rear of the seat. Both bikes look good frame wise. No rust or welds. This is a great channel. Excellent work.

Thanks, glad you are finding it useful, I started this as my mates kept asking what I was doing with my bikes and thought it was simpler just to video it, but as you know, it does take a lot of work to get the videos into something presentable. I am going to do a full strip down as soon as the weather starts to improve in the spring, right now my bikes are all hibernating. I will video the strip down and rebuild, I was the same as you, couldnt find any useful videos of working on the V65's, a few riding videos, there are a few on similar bikes like the V45 and other similar bikes, but if you want to know which bolt is supposed to be where, there will be when I (and hopefully you) start making them - looking forward to your videos

Know someone who can weld aluminum? Drill a hole thread in a bolt and borrow a dent puller get the dent out best you can weld up the hole and sand back to match the rest of the frame. Fill fuel tank with White vinegar leave it in the sun for a week rinse with water and coat in 2 stroke oil till you get it full of gas.

Thanks, will try the white vinegar. Frame is steel, I have a buddy that has helped me with frame repairs previously, I sent him some pics, fingers crossed he can do some arc magic

I dont know. That frame is too far gone to ride. Big cut and weld. Red apple cider vinegar not white will take care of any rust in a few days.
