I am 72. I found Sadhguru on You Tube during the early pandemic in April 2020. He had daily Covid talk. I attended his daily talks. It inspired me to learn more. I was low on hemoglobin. His simple recommendation in one of his sessions was warm water with honey. I tried. After 2 months I went for blood test. M Hg which was 10(below normal) went up to 11.6 which was above the11.2 standard. I drink his ash gourd juice recommendation. This lowers high blood pressure. Thank God for showing me the way.

I watched the movie Eat, Pray and Love several times. I loved Katuk..he was full of Wisdom. I got into meditation...I do it every morning. I wanted to go to India to find a Guru..full of Wisdom but I found Sadhguru. He is my Spiritual teacher. He is part of my morning meditation. Working on inner self is not easy but once you decide to do it, the Universe is there to guide you. I am currently dealing with a lot of built up tension from years of stress. I am getting a little better each day but I have a ways to go in releasing all this built up tension. I did not have to go to india..thanks to technology, a Guru came to me. So thankful and grateful. May we all continue to learn Wisdom from this great man from God. I am 61 years young and not on any medication. Except a muscle relaxer from time to time.

It’s great to hear that. I’m 64 and seem that I have to relearn how to live all over again. 30 years of a very intense living, full of ups and downs, victories and failures. I discovered Sadhguru appearing right in front of my eyes... Karma? My daily life since a month slowed down, I am limiting my activities on doing yoga as much as my old body can, reading, writing, learning as a child would do in the school of life. I hope being able to reach a certain level of light… at least enough to drive my existence towards the end in a compassionate, empathetic, honest way, being able to exercise my yoga not only as a physical instrument but as a way to free myself mentally.

I've never explicitly heard that most of us are "underworked" but it is so obvious that this is correct from a physical perspective. Most people are stressed out in the brain but are not doing any physical activity to take their mind off those things that don't really matter. Physical exercise is a counterbalance to mentally intensive tasks

i can remember as a young man I would go on what I termed 'walkabout'. I would walk many miles (sometimes 10 or 20 miles daily) with no particular destination. I would emphasize and increase arms movements for extra exercise. I played hard and basked in the sun. I was never sick! Shame as I got older I lost the habit. Time to develop it again I think.

What does one do if they suffer from an illness that makes them very weak when they exercise. Their muscles stop working. What does one do if they have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and it is too painful to exercise? I understand moderation, eating foods that heal, rest periods, meditation, etc., to begin the inner healing process, but once illness is there, how do we overcome it if we're unable to continuously work our bodies?

What happens with the people who's physical body is broken beyond repair? I mean the people who can't go out and enjoy life or exercise much because of physical pain. And when I say pain I don't mean a sore back or bad knees, I mean severe chronic debilitating pain where it hurts to just breathe. For example I have had a botched spinal surgery leaving me barely able to walk most days 13 years later. I've exhausted all my options both medically and surgically and meds no longer work. There's nothing else they can do for me until medicine advances and someone creates something that could fix me. Right now it doesn't exist. I've also had 15 different surgeries and 3 of those were botched. I just can't catch a break and my body doesn't wanna work right. Everytime I turn around something on my body is breaking or getting injured or has to come out. Do you think that bad luck will follow me into my next life? Is there anything unconventional I maybe could do to heal my broken body? Any suggestions welcomed
