Great duet,Sams voice is butter too. Your critique is pretty spot on. I felt that about the chorus part too,& it’s a shame really. I also would have liked to hear abit more of Guy on this song,too,but the ending was a nice finish.
Have you heard guy Sebastian sing Get Along live on Australian xfactor - he was a coach. Beautiful performance with just him and his playing piano. It's a message about war and conflict and wishing everyone could just 'get along'
The song is actually about the great gift of music and the escape/relief/enrichment/ pleasure/universal connection it gives to all the highs & lows of our human expereience. But also it can be applied to other things like love & friendship...

Guy was with Paradise AOG in Adelaide and with Planetshakers when it started. So he has a Christian foundation, not sure where he stands today in his belief.

I thought exactly the same about the vocal levels the first time I heard it too. Listened to it many times and my opinion has not changed they need to fix it, the lyrics are too good to be lost in the music.
