  • I disassemble one of the 2 OS FS-120 engines given to me. This engine's crankcase is damaged and the pump is missing. It will become just spare parts.

Hey Davide my brother. Just came by to say hello from the other side of the world. Nice babies you have there. A lot of spare parts. Stay well and greetings from Slovenia, Robert

I have loads of 120's and generally 20 os 120 pumpers, a supercharged one and the normal OS120e. One of the E models had a broken lug, given to me, the lug was reworked and welded one one and put into a plane, loads of flights later its still going in a Flair Stampe.

Search eBay, but no I have no idea. If Tower Hobbies doesn't have them, then the used market is the place to look.

Who's Danny? No the pumps are not user serviceable from what I understand.

@@dmrcflyr2 well I think I got lucky. My 120 surpass pumper runs pretty decent!

Seeking some input from the master! Having c-12 carb issues reaching out for a hand if that's ok?

Really enjoying your videos. Extremely informative. But I have a question. You often mention heating the engine to loosen parts. What is the proper way to do it? I'm fine if you want to point me to a video you've done. Do you use a propane burner that's used for sweating copper pipes together? Propane or map gas? I'm just concerned about over heating and damaging something.

      Heat gun.

@@dmrcflyr2 Seriously! Ok was thinking much hotter. I have a heat gun for monokote but that may not be hot enough. Map or propane might be too hot so I'll go get a heat gun. Even a cheap Wagner heat gun has a range of 750 to 1100 degF.

I would never recommend using a flame to heat an engine as the heat is too localized. A heat gun diffuses the heat a bit better and works just as well.
