We just got back from there spent a day at the Canna beach club it cost us $300 AUD for family of 5 for two twin bed cabanas but the $300 is credit to spend on drinks and food all pricing for drinks and food are similar to the hotels in Nusa Dua roughly $10 for a beer $16 for a cocktail which is Ok compared to places like Hawaii or Singapore which are nearly $20AuD. We had a very relaxing day the beach was clean when we stayed with the exception of floating rubbish brought in on the tide which is standard in Indo. Would definitely go back
