You know I learned something new yesterday. The Apollo mission to the Moon there was a lot of women behind the scenes and I didn't know that. And there were black women. The lady who wrote the code for the lunar module to land and it's to trajectory was done by a black lady with the last name of Johnson. She was a very brilliant woman and that was in 1969.when there was so much civil unrest I remember segregation still in Detroit.I remember the way people looked at me when I said I was going to marry Michael Jackson when I grow up I remember when the black children first came to our school on busses. I remember all the parents throwing fits and meetings about black children being bussed into the schools there was also black women who did the software programming for the Apollo 13 moon landing to think that was 1969. what those women went through and pave the way for not just women or white women but all women to be in the astronaut field or mathematics or working in NASA.I never thought there was any women involved in that was kind of things back then and on TV during the whole moon landing you didn't see any women. But it was black people and not just men women who were a big part of the whole reason we could go to the Moon

@@mado3623 Do some research, it might be way cheaper than you think. Cost of living is actually quite low. $150 is more than enough for monthly groceries for one person. Actually, it's enough to even shop at a fancy grocery shop and still have some left over.
Rent is also low. I'm from Swaziland and most people prefer to build their own houses. My family built one large 3 bedroom house with a study and a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms etc. And it has its own servants quarters and 3 garages in the rural area. Then we also bought a bigger 4 bedroom house also with a servants quarters in the suburbs. I understand we are blessed, but what I'm trying to say is that it is doable. Maybe do some research

That is blessings upon blessings that is incredible ik you and your fam sure must be happy for that. Low rent oh id take that anyday and over here in the US rent sucks. I just googled Swaziland cuz ive never heard of that place but wow that place is georgeous i could see why if someone were to go there that they wouldnt wanna stay there for a short amount of time

I had high BP that needed meds. Then I went Gluten free and my BP dropped to normal without meds.
Exactly! Diet is the root cause of most ailments.
@@teemaro5703 I had pain in my finger joints, and a bunch of other issues that vanished by going gluten free. I even lost weight even though I wasn't trying. A lot of people have experienced health benefits be eliminating gluten/wheat from their diet.
People don't realise that our immune system are built around our guts.
I'm glad you found the root cause and eliminated it. Some people never do, others don't even know.
@@teemaro5703 It really bugged me that drugs were being thrown at me but not a single doctor was asking why? It's almost like they just assume everyone gets high BP, even though that is not the case in other countries or generations past. I have a friend who is a retired MD who blew up at his doctor for giving him a prescription to lower cholesterol. This friend doesn't have high cholesterol. Those drugs are dangerous.
@@builtontherockhomestead9390 I always try letting my body heal itself, when I get sick. My second option is 'home remedies' then I go to the doctor when all else fails. I hate antibiotics with a passion and avoid them at all costs. I Google patient reviews of meds and find the 'worse case scenarios' more believable 🤣😂
I’m angry with Steve for saying High Blood Pressure is a Mental disorder. I was born with a birth defect that causes my heart valves to LEAK. It causes high blood pressure. I was born that way. There is nothing mental about that Steve! It’s a medical condition not a mental condition.

Steve is right about high blood pressure is largely due to their mental state. I suffer from PTSD and high blood pressure. When I am in the hospital, my blood gets so low that doctors contemplate taking me off of high blood pressure meds. As soon as, they let me know that I am about to be released, they have to give me meds because I am basely scared of the outside world. I have a hard time controlling my fear.

Hi blood pressure is known to be related to several factors eg: stress, hereditary factors, bodily/weight changes, diet, lifestyle, ageing etc. (Consult your medical practitioner). If more pay cured hyper-tension, then the conclusion might be that very rich people were immune to hi blood pressure. Definitely JJ who's formally educated, knows better than Steve about this, and tried to be polite and gracious to his ignorance cloaked as humor, since it's his show. So he gets away with shutting her down with his strident pontification. The danger is that some, not all, but some viewers, may take his fiction as fact.
Steve is very incorrect about high blood pressure. It is more than about the mind. Dietary and physiological factors are important.
