#AskArun Hello Sir !! I'm using Redmi note 9 pro and my question is how do I set password in uninstalling an app;
Although Screen lock is already set . But sometimes my brother or some friends take my phone for gaming and do something nonsense like uninstalling whatsapp etc . If they would asked for a password while uninstalling an app , they will not succeed in their nonsense.
One option i found in note 9 pro is "locking home screen layout" in which they can't pick any app from home screen but i use poco launcher so they can pick apps from the app drawer🤦🏻and uninstall it. 😣
Go to settings, hidden apps and lock the apps you don't want to be opened. You can add a fingerprint, face unlock, pin or password

I am not a tech professional or something but I can say that you can install them but dont use them heavily. Use them only 1 hour or so until a week at least.
